If it weren't for players willing to sit and perform what many consider the most boring aspect ever conceived in a game - this game wouldn't exist. Ore is everything in this game. It is used to make all the ships that people just feel the need to constantly destroy.
The last real effort CCP made to mining was when they introduced hulks and that was 6 years ago! Six years and mining has seen little to no changes since then.
Miners of EVE are the joke of the game. Isn't it time for CCP to either just remove that aspect from the game or fix it? When will the mining profession become a viable and as important of a profession as grief ganking seems to have become?
CP just massively buffed mining. Mining income has literally doubled in the last 2 months. That's probably the single largest buff any profession has recieved since at least 2006. Malcanis' Law: Any proposal justified on the basis that "it will benefit new players" is invariably to the greater advantage of older, richer players.

Nevertheless I feel I owe it to the EVE community to volunteer for player-testing this new well-oiled hooker mechanic you speak of.

CCP: Neglecting miners by allowing them to be shot at like dirty common ordinary people Malcanis' Law: Any proposal justified on the basis that "it will benefit new players" is invariably to the greater advantage of older, richer players.
