You are in Bourynes, your frigate hanging in space outside a majestic station.
There are exits to the north, south, east, west, up and down. -----

You have startet the ExeFile.exe in a subfolder called BIN. This one is a secure version of eve if you encounter problems running the normal version of eve.
Run the verion in your normal subfolder of eve-online called eve.exe

You go west.
You are currently floating next to a jumpgate. Around the jumpgate are three extremely large vessels, all locking on to you.
There are exits to the east and through the jumpgate.

lol It's the Zork reference. Depending on how old you are, the first computer games (can't even call the video games) were text based :) Zork was the chit back in the pre Castle Wolfenstein days :)

Somewhat disappointed that there are no beards in Eve, neck or otherwise. Goatees give that finished, sinister look.

The message reads:
"We are members of the Veldspar Preservation Society and we have a mission for you. The rewards are likely to be in the billions of ISK with the potential for quite a lot of forum epeen.
Oh, and we don't take kindly to threats, jerk. You have 5 seconds to answer with a "yes" or we pod you back to 0 skill points."
The three extremely large ships surround your vessel and complete the lock on to your cruiser.

In my day it was "Adventure".
"Toshiro flipped the glowing red switch on his power strip bringing his Lobo Max-80 to life. Punching the button below it's closed jaws, he popped open their gaping maw, took out his CP/M Single Sided, Single Density formatted 8" floppy disk form it's sleeve an pushed it into the drives mouth until it clicked, then pushed down on the drive door handle until it latched. The red Drive Access lite mounted in the release button he had pressed to open the drive begins to blink and ... after a few minutes ... the glow of green text on a black background filled the room. Shortly there after ..."

"Toshiro pushes the release button and ejects the 8" floppy, puts it back in it's sleeve, gets out another disk Labeled 'WordStar 1.11' and puts it in the drive."
