Read CAOD there is more crap there than you really want to know. Short version. Director in BoB switched sides to Goons kicked out corps disbanded alliance, Goons set up a corp with same name and ticker so Bob could not refprm under same name. BoB corps joined existing Kenzuko Alliance tried to change name back to BoB revisited. Devs said yeah sure. Goons spammed, New eden went up in arms, Devs realized they messed up, Name went back to kenny.
The end.
Morale of the story. When you have Devs in your back pocket keep it a secret.
Results Alliance mechanics changed/will be changed to keep this from happening again, why simply because ccp is all for scamming infiltration spying and other niceties untill it happens to their pets.
