Hi,
Just wondering what is wrong with the market for T3 items? at the moment i have datacores & decryptors and other needed T3 components out on the market and it seems no one is buying, so is it worth taking the w-space risks and pay loads of taxes on selling items no one seems to be wanting?
What good does it do to lose 70m on a ship for stuff no one buys anyway...

Perhaps T3 is only marginally better than T2 ships? I don't know personally. I built a ships that used a covops cloak, could run though bubbles, and get a longer web range. And built a very expensive Rapier.

just because theyre not buying YOUR stuff doesnt mean people aren't buying (I see a very brisk trade in them by me)
Assuming you're selling in a market hub, just make sure you're keeping your prices competitive, if you're not adjusting your prices several times a day at least, other people are probably undercutting you and theyre stuff is selling, leaving your items on the market.

The amount effort required to get the pieces does not compare well to the effectiveness of the ships.
So is the price going to be set by the value of the time to get the components or by the demand?

Well im currently selling in Jita, and am with several others on the bottom prices, after that is a medium drop in price from the buyers, but their prices are probably based on first row tickets for backrow prices as they are not in line with effort/costs to extract the items from wspace.
so unless you seem to have a large corp behind you backing your exploration with funds and even ships and all, my question remains if its profitable for the smaller explorers or even solo artists to proceed in this direction, for me loosing ships worth 100m with their fittings and all is a big loss, especially when the market isn't buying some of items to recover quicker from the loss....
And yes, there must be some compensation in price for the effort put into it, not sure how many of the people here actually visitid W-space sites & complexes above level 2, but in 3 and up its a 200% chance increase of insta-pop on your ships upon entering for each subsequent difficulty level...

Of course there are ISK in it. You just need to figure out what pays, and what does not. Currently the most valueble item happens to be a low grade salvage item that jsut happens to drop too seldom making those that DO drop very much worth it. I see quite a few making the mistake of no salvaging in wh space. Big mistake, as thats where much of the money is at atm when it comes to low level wh stuff.
