They care because while the NC came back north to fight White Noise and Tri, -A- and Band of Brothers Alliance have been running over Goons in the south.

The coalition can only take on one entity at a time. They will probably beat that entity, but they have to choose. They cannot divide forces. They either have to do goons work for them in the south, or defend their homes in the north.

Other than that, was a great time for the most part. Gf's to everyone there, I was actually surprised not to see PL there tbh. Alas that time will come too. 8) Until next time guys... gf and see ya 0/

First - MM (or NC if you want to call it that, but NC is still in Q) can only fight what's in front of them, it's not their problem how many (or few) people you can muster.

Are you suggesting that there should be some kind of pre-battle arrangement where the two sides agree on location for the fight, compare numbers of pilots available and the larger force honourably cuts the surplus numbers from it's fleet to ensure an even fight?

Pre arranged contests where there are rules and predefined numbers on each team are for games, not wars (yes I know eve is a game, but that's not what we're trying to simulate here, is it!)

Not that my opinion counts for anything whatsoever, but personally I'd have more respect for TRI constantly banging on the same old drum if they could suggest some reasonable way that it could be dealt with.
The fact is; rarely, if ever, will you find 2 sides naturally evenly matched - the only way it'd happen is to artificially force it.

If you extrapolate that notion to it's natural conclusion, pvp as we know it is effectively removed from the game, and outposts, sov, R64s etc will be dished out as little more than prizes in a series of 'alliance tournament' type matches.

tl;dr version - stop crying about it when you find yourself outnumbered.

I doubt this is the end of the fighting but I thank Tri and friends for coming to play, and clearly there spyzors didn't tell them they were going to be so outnumbered. And hopefully next time there is less lag because I think both sides would have enjoyed it more
