Yes I am, thanks for the correction, I guess this is one of thos 1 in 100 trillion times that I am wrong
Still waiting for mine ;)
It is very common though, about as common as the (almost entirely english) people that think what time it is in england, is GMT. Not realising BST is GMT+1. --

They're fighting with a large wormhole in the server-room :)
It's not the wormhole that's the problem, it's the worms; CCP and these folks have the same IT Department. - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=71hnoVqwkGo

Originally by: Ciylana Nemamiah As it stands though, it'd be like having a satellite TV subscription and asking them to reimburse you for the times it rained and you lost signal for a couple of hours or so.
1. sattelite tv subscription is not interactive 2. when sattelite signal is down, you do not lose something you've spent time for 3. if you would have sattelite signal down for 30 hours a month, you'd change the provider 4. tv provider is not responsible for raining, whilst programmers are responsible for their bugs.

I know that there are already tumbleweeds here as everyone logs back on but ALL mmo's seem to have the same problem, when the servers are down the game can't be played. I was playing another mmo that got canceled and was PO'ed because I would no longer be able to play it at all. With all the money spent on these games shouldn't there be an offline version of these games that can be played without a central server. It doesn't need to affect ingame status but will at least allow us to play the game or goof off with out worrying about the dreaded Crash AX falling on the servers we have no kontrol over.

Read the rest of my posts, I am not actually whining about the extended DT. Crap happens. Saying its in the EULA isnt very clever. Its also in the EULA that a player can cancel there account at any time for any reason. CCP dont have to refund anything (at no point, during any dt have I asked for any), but they do have to keep customers happy if they want to keep the cash coming in --

You know, there are many things in the EULA that are not legal in Iceland ( altough it says the laws of Iceland applies to that contract ). There is such a thing that is called ABUSIVE CLAUSE that can apply to *too* many paragraphs in that text.

Half the MS EULA is illegal, and even more scary, an old Borland EULA attempted to give them the right to break into your home to check how you are using the software (IIRC using student licence to create for-profit software). --

Same thing here, picked up my drones, but nothing there otherwise. Also didn't get the bounties, but did magically get my used missiles back. I just added a skill to the queue and logging for the day. Hope the mission resets at some point. I'll hate to have to decline it.
