How do i use a smart bombs, and why does it not cause any damage to large ships, and why even have it in the game ?!?
Also is there any other damage types than just explosive?

Smartbombs are *VERY* close range weapons. Even large smartbombs only have a radius blast of 6km (smalls only have 3km range). So unless you're in range, they do nothing.
Smarbombs are good for taking out enemy drones that are circling you, and yes, if timed correctly and if they do enough damage, they can also destroy missiles. ---

1) Grammara : indefinite article Used before nouns and noun phrases that denote a single but unspecified person or thing: a region; a person. Therefore correct usage is 'a smartbomb' not 'a smart bombs'. Pedantic, I know, but your question irritated me. And more than one question mark is redundant. If you wish to express surprise in a question a question mark may be replaced by an exclamation mark, there is no need for both.
2) It does, check the range and my guess would be you were just too far from them.
3) Yes, there are smartbombs for all the different damage types in the game, check the market again remembering to switch off 'show only available' for where you are.

I'm sure you'd whine too if he'd used (only) an exclamation mark after a question, because formally that's incorrect too. Of course an internet-based forum hardly counts as a formal setting, rather the opposite I'd say. In an informal setting the use of "?!" is quite common and acceptable.

According to my fading Harrap a question mark can be replaced by an exclamation mark and is formally correct in this situation, but more commonly the interrobang is becoming used, as you say. Generally however I frown on this kind of grammar pickiness on the web, I was just adding this as an aside as the general poor phrasing marked out the author as an immature English speaker rather than a struggling foreigner.

You should also be aware that because it hits everything in range, it will get you CONCORDed in high-sec if another player is hit by it. Even if that player is cloaked and you cannot see him.
