When you get "aggro" with the AI enemy and get out of range they donŠt stop shooting. They keep shooting at you even if they donŠt deal any damage. It can get very annoying sometimes having 5-6 out of range ships shooting at you and 5-6 in range ships shooting at you too.
A good example of how annoying it is can been seen in the mission "break their will". You attack the repair station and immediately everything out of range starts shooting at you even if they donŠt make any damage. It can be seen in other missions too.
LetŠs make the AI smarter and fix it please.

This is one of several a limitations they need to put on rats. But I agree, this is probably the most annoying. They also need to fix:
ammo capacitor energy targeting range missile flight time max velocity mass and inertia
These have nothing to do with AI, they're just basic npc mechanics. A game is only as fun as it's npcs. |

If it works, improve it.
If it were for you people, we'd still be in the stone age. -------- Ideas for: Mining

They improved the mechanics of jumping into a system and the decloak process and look what we got.
Its fine. Don't change it. - In essence, any combat related activity involving damage has been 'speed nerfed' to just take 6 times longer with a predetermined outcome coined balance by CCP. |

There are more important gameplay issues at hand. This would effectively be a cosmetic change in terms of how we see it, but may well take quite a bit of work to implement.
