No, that's what you said. I just said that you should accept the nature of the game.
FYI barring straight out bad luck, or technical problems, ship are lost due to pilot error. There is virtually always something you could have done to avoid losing your ship. In your case, you should probably start with (1) watching local and (2) making sure you only take from cans which belong to you and (3) making a friend in game who knows how to set his overview to show only hostile ships to scout for you. |

so you say that only fleets an corporations are alowed ... put no this would cut the right of a pirat to fly alone ... so only miners/traders have to be in fleets/corporations? |

thats right ... you can loose a ship when you make a mistake ... okay i get that ... but what if you are absolutly defendless even if you havnt made a mistake ... or no if something like that would happend to a pirat/pvp-player he would cry about it as long as ccp changes something about it ( example: with stabs it was difficult to fight another pvp-player) |

Not being in a position to be affected by them would be a good start.

My advice would be (pick from the following as suits you)
(1) Don't get locked in the first place (2) Be prepared to fight; ie: properly fitted and aware (3) Have friends to secure your space and protect you.

It's at this stage that I feel entitled to say "l2play"
Seriously, PvP combat is utterly different from shooting PvE rats and there is a lot of technique to learn. The best way to learn how to avoid being ganked is to go become a ganker yourself for a while.
But yeah, a few basics:
(1) have 2+ safespots (2) be aligned to warp out to a safespot (3) WATCH LOCAL (4) Set up your overview to show hostiles (5) Stop AFKing and then coming to the forums to cry when you lose your ship. (6) Learn how to scout, or get a friend that knows.

Brace for incoming Internet Psychology!
But yeah, no. You see, quite a lot of PvPers do mine, mission and trade. In fact virtually all of them do, because economically, PvP is a negative sum activity. I myself mission for my ISK as a rule, with a bit of trading thrown in when the opportunity presents. In almost 3 years, I have never lost a ship to another player while missioning or trading. Ever.

Well, I planned on being helpful, but as I read your last several posts something occurred to me. I think that you are wanting the game to adapt to you as opposed to you adapting to the game. With that thought in mind, I think there is little that I can say that will help you.

Because it's unecessary. You already have more than enough tools to avoid a fight in almost every situation. What you're asking is for the game to be rebalanced around the fact that you're not very good at it. |

well ... i'm adapting to the game but for this thread i decided to be stu**** and adapt a typical pvp-player-behavior ... knocking on my point no matter what ... i want a real answer why it is impossible to get back to a balance ... |

you just asume me to be a pvp-player ... i'm not ... i just want to mine or trade without having the risk to be killed 100% on my side |
