On my primary screen, I'm playing a fullscreen game right?
On my secondary screen, I got my browsers open and stuff. I put them there because I can drag stuff between monitors. I can view this monitor and move my mouse from the first screen to the second one, but as soon as I click on my secondary monitor, the game on my primary monitor minimizes. This seems to be a Windows issue. Does anyone have an app that disables this "feature" of Windows?

Less of a windows issue and more of a DirectX issue.
It cannot be prevented due to the way DirectX renders graphics on a fullscreen setups. It minimizes tha fullscreen app when teh desktop is accessed since teh 2D and 3D clocks of a graphic card are usally different and APIs change etc etc.
One way would to use EVE in windowed mode.
Use EVEMon or a similar app to make the windowed mode to take up the full screen. ------------------------------------- Read my bio ingame for tips on how to live and not be called nasty names by me. |

Your solution worked fabulously. =) I incurred a huge performance loss by running it in windowed mode but EVEmon making it fullscreen has negated this side-effect. Thank you.

Yeah, stretching or having a game running windowed and a portion of that window on a second monitor will cause a huge hit in performance, unfortunately eve doesn't actually do "windowed" very well, it was poorly designed in regards to running windowed, and will default to the very edge of the window hitting your second monitor, just by a few pixels...which causes the whole thing to go funky...evemon helps with that, but unfortunately every time i try to use that function in evemon, it takes some exception and crashes (evemon that is)...i used to use it all the time, can't anymore...

I'd use evemover. That allows you to allocate a monitor for each eve client you are running and even though you are only running one atm, the ability to allocate the other monitor to a second client might come in handy one day. Like evemon, it stretches the eve client (running in windowed mode) to the size of the monitor that it is allocated to. I set the nview settings on my pc to activate the window under the cursor, so keyboard input is less likely to affect the wrong window.
