I've recently attacked a pirate and CONCORD kill me!
I'm asking why?
Few weeks ago i was attacked by a pirate but the mitical CONCORD, that was also there around, done nothing!
Why they killed me and not the pirate? (I was in a 0.8 security area)

1. They weren't -5 sec status or lower.
2. They were not flagged to you.
One or the other has to be true.

You and CONCORD disagree on the definition of "pirate".

Thanks for the answers.
Anyway, i really disagree on how they manage security!! Pirates (those with the skull) are pirates, especially if they shut to other ships but no one touch them!
I think there is a need to revise CONCORD bots engaging rules!!

That skull thing should never have been changed. I have no idea why CCP thought it was a good idea to change overview colors and icons all of a sudden.
