The young Sebiestor pilot is saying nothing, she just tries to stand in Achtung, which she does not so perfect as a trained soldier, a bit raggy, her uniform used and bruised and not fitting too well, but her eyes clear and shining green. She salutes with the most most effort of her to make it look dashing, holds her position for a moment. She relaxes, her eyebrows were coming together and her lips get tight and she raises her fist for Starfraction. Then some energyclutch on her Stabberclass cruiser conks out, the lights go off and the transmission fails and is replaced by encouraging white noise. |

I am a small part of Star Fraction... a microscopic, undetectable part of it, but even so being any fraction of Star Fraction makes me feel very significant.
However, I wouldn't be truly free if I was the loyal property of anyone or anything. It is fortunate for me that it is not my blind trust in Star Fraction that leads me to support it, it is the beliefs that is shared by the corporation and the freedom to resist the flock.
This is where my respect for Star Fraction becomes prevalent; it is not worship, I am not a tool, I am not a ranked officer. I do what I want, communicate with my capsuleer peers, discuss our decisions, and if I want to leave or if they want me gone there will be no anger or spite. With this nebulous bond, we determine our own kinship and structure.
It is Star Fraction I trust, and it is my desire to have them trust me. Together we will liberate, decimate, terrorise, and lobotomise the terrible scourge of concentric "thought". --- [Don't Think Differently, Think Critically.] |

I must insist for your 7th you do something like The Wings of Maak with a faction battleship gang and charge it in no matter what the odds. Now that would be a party.

Often it feels like only yesterday since I encountered with great pleasure a group of people who shared my basic outlook on life and articulated the same essential philosophy that I subscribe to. Sometimes it feels like decades since I joined the struggle for the future with my present comrades. Occasionally one feels like it has been centuries, so much has passed: many travails to be sure, much laughter and celebration, the heights of victory, the trough of defeat (yet never despair), and so many comrades and friends.
Yet, it has only been six years. Six years in which the Jericho Fraction, and latterly the Star Fraction alliance, has never lost sight of its essential credo: the freedom of the one requires the freedom of all.
I celebrate the passing of the years by quoting a fragment from an ancient author, urging an ideal that I hope and trust we shall always strive to reach:
Realize that happiness lies in liberty, and liberty in valour, and do not hold back from the dangers of war. Miserable men, who have no hope of prosperity, do not have a just reason to be generous with their lives; no, it is rather those who face the danger of a complete reversal of fortune for whom defeat would make the biggest difference: they are the ones who should risk their lives. Any man of intelligence will hold that death, when it comes unperceived to a man at full strength and with hope, is not so bitter as defeat for a man grown soft.
In memory of absent friends,
The Cosmopolite

Your dysphemisms are adorable! Please, allow me to clarify what you said for your readers:
Six years of pilots making individual decisions that occasionally lead to the unintentional death of people who supported the destruction of life and liberty (yet is somehow to blame on Star Fraction as a whole), admitted to wholeheartedly or clarified perfectly.
The Lovely Anarchists do not seem so foolish to me as to fit weaponry without the willingness to cut hulls with them. There's little doubt that more bouncy minds or bodies would be destroyed without Star Fractions intervention, if only it were so easily defined the plane of innocence. --- [Don't Think Differently, Think Critically.] |

Perhaps that is indeed telling, for I believe in the innocence of many of my enemies. I find it unfortunate that I have to kill or enslave them while you revel in it.
I believe that those that don't know better (the ignorant) should be informed rather than destroyed and should be educated rather than cast down. The children of our universe need the guiding hand of a wise father, not the spite of an unreliable and narcissistic mother. ____

Hmm. This may not sum what you really mean as well as you were thinking.
So, all things are equal, you consider you both to be doing the same thing, but you live in regret while Star Fraction celebrates their revolution...?
If there's going to be angst and death regardless, we may as well have a party.

Excitation avoids the entropy that we all fear, but burning the fuels of the war machines spends the calorific glory. It is a net loss for humanity, but hurries the peace the universe is predestined to.
It is in the hopes of this whom be defiant to death and peace that The Lovely Anarchists, lead by the Absinthe Abolitionist, continue to obliterate tyranny for the incomprehensible number of years until all energy has diffused evenly, ensuring all life's slow suffocation.
Burn away, terror in the night, I chase you with modesty.

Weirda (and Queens of the Stone Age) salute Fraction! Always continue to pursue you belief and never surrender. Though Weirda tenure in you organization was all too brief, Weirda happy to meet such dedicated pilot and count all among as friend. You open eye to many aspect of Asymmetrical Warfare that were previously close. Weirda continue to employ and expand upon these Axiom even today.
Hopefully coming year will bring you more success and confrontation. While many attempt to dismiss what you do as irrelevant, foolish, overblown or otherwise most of those same pilot have very little to say for themself with regard to same criteria. Fact that you word can inspire such bile testament to effectiveness of you theories and prove opposite of what they say.
May you have another 6 year! |

Though I am no longer involved in the daily ins and outs of your activites within the cluster, I watch your news releases and, sometimes, your debates with interest. Congratulations on 6 years of continued life, as compared to simple existence. May there be many more.

Freedom is a good thing in itself. I respect those who value it, and even more those who teach it.
Yet I always find it interesting when some give such a fine name to what actually would be, let it be said, slavery. Not what they call "slavery" - i.e submission to God or to wiser human masters. No : but enslavement to their senses and body. Absolute surrender to their stomach and loins.
That kind of "freedom", in fact based on weakness, leads to conflicts, eventually to wars. Why some are trying so hard to make our common Universe such a cruel place totally beats me. I guess God planned human nature to be like that : one side striving to maintain order and justice, the other continuously challenging it. As you're a part of God's plan, let me only say that I have deep respect for you, even though we're natural enemies. Do not expect any kindness from me if our roads were to cross, then, but farewell in the meantime.
As for Amarrians traitors here, and I know who I am talking about : you are the s****of the worlds. You may hide behind others' erring ideals, yet we hold you for no other than plain terrorist, which you are. Vengeance will come one day. |

If it is God's plan for an anarchist to shoot him in the face and laugh as he lies bleeding to death then so be it. The corpse of this mythological patriarch will serve as objective lesson to the free people of the future.

That is inaccurate, it is sparkling that the intent was disjointed laughter of a maniac, gripping at skin until it peels off as it is boiled by captivity. It is shameful for it, and needs a hug. So, Jade, give hugs, not mockery.
It is the alternative to give heated hunks of ballistic material in lieu of hugs. |
