i need to get from empire to 0.0 (to set a jump clone) i mostly can fly gallente ships.
what would be a fast ship to get me there? (about 20 jumps) also can you recommend any mods plz.

Viator or Nemesis, since they can warp while cloaked. Anything that aligns and warps out fast work well.

I suppose the simple answer jump freighter was already eliminated? If yes the go with a ship that can cloak warp, if you cant use those take a ship that can cloak. If you cant use either of those go in a group, use a scout.

A T3 Cruiser with the interdiction immunity, and the ability to use a covops cloak, and fitted to the brim with stabs!!! Can't touch that!

Either do the short train for a rifter (and use a pvp fit with a microwarp) or use a shuttle.
If you have REALLY expensive implants, try getting a friend/corp member to scout for you

This is a great way to get out to the ends of 0.0 space; some of the space I have lived in were for the most part just excess able with jump ships.

Covert ops with covert ops cloak.
If you think a warp bubble is ahead, fly to a nearby celestial object or 100km from the jump bridge and have a look-see (though with time you should create bookmarks nearby). Remember to use your scanner and the F10 solar system map.

I always warp to my next gate from a different angle, unless it's in scan range when I enter the system. I then make an off-gate BM for future use (1au off roughly or less). In the 'there and back' journeys you can make gate checking safes for every system for future use.
Anyways ultimate ship would be a cov ops with a cov ops cloak, mixture of i-stabs, Nanofiber Internals and overdrive injectors to allow you to accelerate and move fast out of trouble if need be. MWD too and your set to go.
If unable to fly that then a Taranis or Ares with similar mods for speed should suffice. Just be ready to align to the nearest edge of a bubble, overload if you can and GTFO fast.
