It shouldn't be as you are not supposed to include goods of value with the deal. (See rules sticky)
You may want to renegotiate without the Tengu if you actually want the character as CCP might potentially stop the sale.
It is also a little odd him selling 2b below what he just bought it for! |

be that as it may be. he posted the deal and said he would inclued the ship.
in 4 hrs we will see if he honors the deal. and once i get the char on my acct if the tengu isnt there then he is in violation of the terms of sale.
more to come im sure since i have had not contact since he recieved the isk. |

all the sale thread and our convo has been in terms of the ship coming with it. now if it is against the rules for it to transfer with the char fine. however i asked for it to get contracted to this char. and you in a round about way agreed. so im holding you to your terms and agreements. so 1. contract the tengu to this char. 2. refund 1b to this char. 3. cancel sale and refund all isk.
options 1-2 also require the transfer of said char in the next 1-2 hours when my act is free |

You have no right to include your assets in the character transfer deal.
Such activity is simply forbidden by the rules.

Since the trade in game happened at 17:00 Eve Time and it is currently 21:12 Eve Time it will be 23:00 Eve Time when I will try again.
Yes, I felt like I was possibly being scammed when someone tells me not to tx a char for 6 hours... and then asks me to contract my Tengu before I have even transferred.
Sorry but this game is full of Scammers and I decided to limit my risk by holding on to this asset until the transfer was over.
This sale is not about a Tengu, Its about a character that happens to possess a Tengu.
I sold it for 2b less because I felt it was a mistake to purchase and was willing to acccept a loss...
Towley bon (or whatever I named it) was a character I decided to delete becuase I had this char. LOL..
To bad we can't play a game without worrying about being scammed, however it is so.

first off only one char can be transfered in or out in a 10 hr period.
if you were bieng scammed why did i pay you first.
secondly read the chat logs, i didnt ask for the tengu till after isk was sent PAID IN FULL
third you posted in the sale thread and response the tengu came with the char.

however he did on multiple occasions say the tengu can with the sale. i think he should be held to that. if not a refund should be in place for the total cost of said tengu. |
