here is the clicky, caution, they are pretty big when downloaded.

not too sure about the accuracy of the farscape ships on that comparison, i distinctly remember a peacekeeper command carrier to be sized as bigger than a borg assimilation cube on several other comparisons and it's missing a scarran dreadnought which the modeler for the show itself stated is around 20KM long.

well, there were sizes for a number of ships on the old eve site. but eve ships wouldn't really make a dent in that thing, the megathron for example is around 920 metres long if i remember correctly (certainly in the 900 range). and judging by the pictures of titans released so far (hopefully those are mini-titans) with other ships in view, i'd say they're around 3KM in length, maybe 4 at most. |

You can activate the 'size' column in your scanner.
This should give an approximate size of a ship, though i'm not sure whether this is physical size or signature radius.
To be determined, I guess .... :)

thats a cool picture.
though I have doubts on its accuracy... lol
glaring ones...
I think that the Galaxy Class ST, looked much closer to the size of the larger romulan one, and that the Andromeda was a bit larger, I think, easily looking competitive to the Romulan one as well.
I think DS9 was portrayed to be a bit bigger than that.... at least visually.
on the farscape ones... I think that it must be comparing very early talyn, as once he grew a bit bigger at least I THOUGHT he got to like a third the size of Moya....
and I think the command carrier was a bit bigger than that...
though I notice they don't have Taylon (Earth Final Conflict) or Goa'uld (der... if you don't know that one you aughta be smacked) ships. I'd like to see how they compare Anubis's mothership, hattack's, prometheus, and the Asguard ship(s) to the other genre's
though something like that is bound to have glaring inaccuracys... as what defines "huge" and such are relative concepts within each world. Lexx being able to knock down the Super Star Destroyer in one shot...(which thinking about, is actually quite obvious) when you put it side by side, just doesn't seem right.
though I think any ships in Eve would be seriously dwarfed, much like the regular starfleet ships on that picture.

Although its a cool walpaper for sure, they got the majority of the sizes wrong. Call me a nut, but the Super Class Star Destroyer is listed at more than twice its actual size, and thats just one of the faults on that poster

apparently almost 3x's as long as the galaxy class, twice as 'big' as the sovereign. ________
