I have finally returned to the game after being out since March.
As discussed previously in the April 1st Statement the company would be run by a third party and would pay a fee of 500M ISK per month for April/May/June while I was away.
I have paid the May 1st and June 1st payments today, totalling 1B ISK.
Announcement
As of this week Cosmoray Construction is 1 year old. I am looking to take the enterprise private and wind down the IPO.
I will be launching a fixed rate bond (4.25%) at 1M ISK per bond to buy this business and cover another loan which I have with Ray.
The current NAV of the company is about 16.8B, and I will buy the company back for 17.6B which is 110% of original purchase price.
As a shareholder you have a choice:
1. Sell your shares back to me at 1.1M ISK per share 2. Take 1.1 shares in my fixed rate bond at 4.25% per month for each share of Cosmoray Construction you own.
This is an individual shareholders choice, not a vote. I will be launching the bond next week, so you have 6 days to make up your mind. If I don't here from you within 6 days I will assume sale, and pay when bond is launched
Shareholders can either post here or send me an eve-mail of their choice.
DO NOT POST HERE REGARDING THE BOND AS A SEPERATE THREAD WILL MADE WHERE COMMENTS/DISCUSSION CAN BE MADE NEXT WEEK.
Cosmoray Construction IPO Numbers

I am online now, so grab me in game and send back shares and I will pay out. Don't want everyone sending shares and me not know who sent what.
I can buy back 3B worth of shares presently, rest of money is in escrow or assets.

Divs confirmed, shares returned and principal returned.
Been a pleasure, here's to hoping things run smooth as you move to privatize it. |

Excuse me for the OT, did the shareholders vote to let you make the company private? (just curious, was not playing EvE when you started the IPO)
I mean, since the statement iirc was:
Quote:
I will offer a buyback on the shares after 6 months for 95% original purchase price. I am hoping share listing will take care of this problem, and shares can be sold on the market.
are shareholders compelled to sell you their shares? Or can they choose to not sell and keep being part of your company?

The fact is I have been running the business for a year. Keeping 8 T1 BS BPO's in constant circulation (24/7) is a grind and a lot of work.
I want to move onto other things.
The company has 16.9B in liquidatable assets (BPO's and minerals) and I am offering 17.6B.
I have essentially loaned (under lockdown with collateral too) my business to a corp and they are paying me a flat fee for it, which returns around 4.3% ROI per month on the 17.6B. I also have another business set up worth about 15B in assets, and I am working on a private initiative that is costing me Billions of ISK to float.
I do not want to run a 24/7 business any longer, including reports and calculating NAV, etc....., so I am buying the business and handing the return to the investors (4.25%), and financing my other operations. I don't want to get bored and burnout of a business I no longer have interest in running while maximising the return for investors.

Your clarity and willingness to answer even to this kind of questions is going to be taken as example in a little text I am writing.

I have you down for buyback, I have completed about half. I want to be online when you are so we can exchange shares for cash. If CCP had a log for share transfer it would be very easy.
At 3.30 Et USA today I will be going away to the beach for the weekend and not back till Monday, have to complete after that.
update: I have attempted 2 conversations with you in-game. You accepted both and then didn't talk or reply. I waited then closed the window.
Please convo me when I am online if you want the shares bought. |

Keep in mind the default setting for an incoming conversation from someone who is in your address book is accept. This happens when you are AFK, or even if you're active and typing in channels can go unnoticed as the regular channels steal focus before you see the private convo (especially if it expands outside your max channels width). |
