I am afraid I will pass the deal and advice other players to do the same.
While I am not in any doubt about how trustworthy the corp his, I doubt the investment on tech-2 BPO for billions (6.2-6.4 for Assault Frigate BPO!!) of ISK will ever return the original investment.
Assault frigates are cool and hot NOW, but all will change in few weeks with many new ships from Shiva which will be mass produced. As the players focused on the new ships and content of Shiva (POS) I forecast a huge drop in price for tech-2 ships, reducing significantly the profit for this Corp and possibly for investors.
Here is an example
6.2 Bil for a BPO -> 20 Mil profit/ship -> 9 hours to build -> 116 days to break-even (now)
6.2 bil for a BPO -> 5 Mil profit/ship -> 9 hours to build -> 465 days to break-even (to be )
If you believe the assault frigates will be sold for 40 mil for very long time, feel free to buy all bonds! With the exclusion of the few "hardcore" players buying at all costs those ships, most of us are waiting for the prices to fall much lower, as they will.
Good Luck and Safe Investing!

I must agree with you on most counts...
the profit for e.g. assult frigs will fall definetly its only a mater of time - and naturly the income we get from that will fall aswell... However I must stress that it is not our only source of income, and as an investor all you need to worry about is that Zanjitsu pays the bill every month :-)

I have known, and done business with Sofitia and Zanjitsu for over a year.
I once personally lent her corp a substantial sum of money towards the purchase of thier 2nd or 3rd battleship BPO and it was paid back on time, and with interest.
Because of these experiences, I, and VentureCorp consider her among the most trustworthy of buisiness people in EVE.

I am happy to report that all 20 bonds have been sold...
I would like to thank all the trusting investors, I am quite impressed with the faith that you have shown Zanjitsu...
Ohh .. on a side note we are also looking for an experienced industrialist to join our corp, to help out with our tech2 production lines.... ---------------------------------------- Buying Co-processor II bpo |

I've done business with Zanjitsu before, and have developed a good business relationship with them through their integrity and good business practices.
So they get my personal seal of approval.

Although I have expressed certain reservations about the economic viability of this project ( see article on Eve Guardian ) in terms of what it intends to do, I do wish everyone the best of luck with this project.
If any investors or indeed Sofitia Mourtos would like to contact me to keep us informed of how this venture is going Eve Guardian would be interested in covering the story. ******** AUTHOR of the COMPLETE mineral and ore Price guide, updated weekly, see Eve Guardian for details

The first intrest pay day is today, and I am happy to report that I have just completed payouts of 250misk total thereby paying the promised amount.
Also during the last few days an additional 7 bonds have been issued - there are now a total of 27bonds outstanding for a total value of 6.75b. (some might speculate that this somehow is related to our anouncement of the Retribution assult ship). At this point we feel the need to consolidate for a while (unless something REALLY interesting pops up) since 27bonds is a burden we can feel on our income.

Edited by: Bohr on 01/10/2004 21:09:34 I'm not one of the foremost capitalists in this world, on the contrary to be honest. But it is nice to see that players start to create some of the much awaited isk sinks themselves.
A free-market society with huge ammounts of capital stacking up creates a heap load of problems, hoarding for instance. Guess we can only wait for CCP to introduce a stock-market to make it a legit/certified and viable business, also for less known companies in EVE. GG :)

Missed this topic altogether But, if I may comment. Everyone who bought any of these 20 bonds made a good invesntment, these guys are on par with NAGA.
Your Heavy Neutron Blaster II perfectly strikes Serpentis Chief Sentinel, wrecking for 660.4 damage.

The second intrest payment day is today (1/11). And as usual the intrests have all been payed.
A little status on the "bonds":
At its peek we had 27 outstanding bonds - 6750misk. currently we are down to 10 outstanding bonds - 2500misk. (profit has been good)
I'm happy to report that this project has been a success, by haveing the liquid isks at the right time we have been able to increase our assets considerbly. Once again I thank all bond owners for there trust.

I guess I'm the only one that remembers back with the whole "Let's all invest in a BS BPO" scam happened...
I don't trust anyone or anything I can't either see in a trade window or verify from an escrow.
I would advise y'all to be very, very careful with your isk.
Are these guys for real? I dunno. If they are, I don't want to be unfair to them. But I do have to say that I've seen about 50 scams just like this since I've been playing, elaborate, well-set up, with alts in corps replying to make it sound more realistic/trustworthy...
I'm goiing to hold on to my money for now. We'll see how it goes.
