As the title says? Its way too hot in here so was thinking about getting into my fridge freezer for a few minutes, if this goes ok I might get a spare fridge just to chill myself in on days like this. so if I get in it will I be able to get back out? or is there a vacuum that will keep me locked in?

you should be able to the doors dont requier that much force to open but you goto think of one or two things
1 the food what will happen to it
2 the air just imagen if you run out atleast you will leave a nice corpsicle
3 will there be room for you GF/BF then they want in too and you know they will Please refrain from editing a moderator's warning. Zymurgist |

No one can hear you scream in the freezer so you will become a frozen female corpse(some parts may fall off). uʍop ǝpısdn ǝɹnʇɐuƃıs ʎɯ ƃuıpɐǝɹ ǝɹɐ noʎ

Unless your fridge has some sort of self-locking mechanism, you should have no problems whatsoever.
But... what's wrong with buying an air conditioner instead of a second large enough fridge ?

Because then, your friends wont come over, saying youve got the coolest house on the block? Maybe he really wants a small pod where he can hide in so nobody can find him when hes home

Needs to fill it with goo and plug himself into his computer so he can play eve with a neural interface instead of Mouse and keyboard.

what kind of freezer?
A vertical one? Was it manufactured before 1958?
Useful reading
Is it instead a chest one? Was it made before 1970?
More useful reading
I'm guessing that if its a modern one, you'll be OK.

Depends on the fridge, your average fridge probably only takes a few pounds of pull(or in your case push)to pop open so I would say you can get out.... However if your in a freezer that can only be opened from the outside you will die from lack of air within a couple minutes.

The rubber seals on refrigerators have magnets in them to keep them securely sealed against the body of the unit. Between the magnetic and hermetic properties of the seal, it requires a good tug to break the seal.
I would be more concerned about suffocation than I would be from the slight vacuum formed from closing the door.

Hahhaha, the audacity of someone buying a freezer to chill themselves in on a hot day is hilarious. If you do it, take some photos :D.
I may have a better suggestion. Instead of buying a freezer to clamber into on a hot day, why not buy a fan? Or better yet, get big rack of those plastic ice lolly trays and keep yourself constantly supplied with ice lollies! That's what I'd do.
