I'm looking for a trade route that can basically circle back into Jita while hitting a large number of high sec regions.
Could anyone suggest a plot of waypoints for this?

Edited by: Trenton Morrosin on 03/07/2009 17:06:31 Yes I have, but
#1 It is unreliable because it functions only on submitted information,
#2 Does not relate to routes.
I do like the tool, don't get me wrong. It can supply good suggestions for snagging good deals, but if you don't verify the results you are taking a gamble.
I am looking simply for a circular plot of waypoints that start/end in Jita while hitting a reasonable number of high sec regions to facilitate the relocation of goods into Jita for a decent profit.

that depends on what system is for. you can start routing yourself around mission hubs.
Motsu Gekutami Rens

Edited by: Trenton Morrosin on 03/07/2009 17:16:29 I'm guessing mission hubs are popular trade sites for modules/salvage obtained from highly utilized agents?

#1 rule: Know your markets. Find something that you can run back and forth between. Scale up and out as you find more things and have more money to work with.
I don't think there is a tool that is going to tell you exactly what you are looking for. For one it's pretty complex and 2 I don't think anyone wants a public tool where people can just get profitable route automatically.
Yes, taking cheap, high use items and ammo to missions hubs is usually profitable. Then you take some of the they "produce" back to the main trade hub.

I'd use this, dotLan route planner and this dotLan The Forge map
obviously it is a tool and the stops are up to you, but it is more flexible to play around with than the in game autopilot.

just remember nobody is going to come out and tell you a good trade route, if they did you would be competition.

You are vastly underestimating the dynamism of Eve's markets. If there was an obviously 'profitable' route then so many people would use it that the profits would be quickly eroded. The knowledge that earns you profits aren't set facts, it is the skill to keep finding the temporary profit first...or the ability to create and defend these opportunities.

You also underestimate the Dev's. Any time some information becomes overly canonized by the community, itself, the Dev's will sometimes toss a wrench into matters.
