nano-cane or rifter. rifter because its so damn cheap and I kill lots of stuff in them. cane because I always fly that in gang and being more agile/faster I can usually gtfo when **** hits the fan quicker than anyone else :)
my vagabond probably has the worst K/D ratio of any of my ships (at least isk wise.. K/D is 56/9) because I always do very risky stuff in it solo and fly other ships in gang.
all-time best ration is probably my ishtar (from the nano days. that thing was almost unkillable), has a K/D of 57/1 Put in space whales!

Caracal, without question.
All those shiny t2 frigs just HAVE to engage a Caracal, they can't stop themselves. OHNOES POINT WEB AML'S. Stupid frigs.
Other than that, Drake is my current favourite. It just performs so well when set up properly; easily the best of the battlecruisers, you can keep your pulse-bingers, ac-canes and neutron gank brutixes (as fun and effective as they all are). Putting the 'irate' into 'Pirate' |

Domi.
So much more to do in a fight than just point and shoot.
Point and shoot fun would be Brutix.

The HML drake is one of the ships I love the most. Not so expensive, even fully rigged, compared to the hurt it can take and dish out. Drake gangs with shield logistics are surprisingly fun and effective.
Not as cost effective, but I've had a lot of fun flying a navy caracal, too.
My recent favorite ship has got to be the Scimitar, though. The feeling of satisfaction you get from saving your gangmates and turning losing fights your way is awesome. It's also a pretty survivable ship on its own, and it's not that expensive to buy, fit and rig for a tech2 cruiser. ______

Has been my experience as well. Generally given a low threat value by the enemy, but once it gets some range from the fight it can pop frigates at will, clear the field of pods, and add some DPS to the primary.

Neat topic:
My ******edly slow but super plated AC Myrm. Killed some ships I had no business killing with it, and I've been blobbed and still managed to de-agress and jump away.
My neutron shield buffered brutix. Hits hard, and when it dies its not a big deal replacing it. Bit of a 1 trick pony though.
Nanocane - I've had tons of fun in this. Feels more like a cruiser than a BC while still carrying a hefty punch. Its ability to escape bad fights is great, and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg when it dies.
Stalker-Gank-Falcon. Its fun, and I'd have better stats with it except I really push the envelope with this ship (attacking multiple ships on a gate with sentry aggro). I'm happy they added the hybrid damage bonus so I can dive into some fights for excitement instead of the super boring sniper ecm.

I like AC thrashers. Diving into some AF and with each kill worth 10-20x more than my ship. Its the best destroyer hands down.

Hurricane. Sleipnir. Rapier. Hurricane stands above the other two. Nanofit with a medium nuet or two its not going to have any trouble with frigs. Puts out 600dps. High speed. Ok EHP. 90 mil to fit well and rig.
Sleipnir is slightly better than the cane in two areas. Longer range, and much bigger tank. But people are also less likely to do a stupid**** and suicide tackle it. The cost is way high for how much of a improvement it is over the cane as well. And you want to buffer tank in most pvp situations... And you can't fit a gangmod and a nuet on the sleipnir. I have a hard time recomending it over the cane. Still its a uber ship.
The rapier is a much easier call. Its very expensive for what it does. But not many other things can warp cloaked. You use it for stealthbomber gangs, and any time you need to sneak. The biggest use being uncloaking right next to some guy who just commited to what looked like an easy fight and making his life suck. When you're not doing that put the rapier away and pull out the cane.

Makes me cry when people think of PVE Drakes.
600+ dps at 16km's is not a BB gun.
And a HAMDrake is my favorite ship bar none! HML's if in gangs or possibly engaging off a gate
Of course it's not got the best KDR, as I love soloing in it. --------------------------------------------

I am terrible at pvp, but the best isk invested/isk earned ratio for me was in Coercers: a handful of millions to buy and fit, half a billion destroyed / looted (afk Viator ftw).

*touch wood* (tree kind )
Is this the Domi in your Vids? The one with Med T2 blasters and Dual Rep? Awesome ship that. Gonna fit myself one (i have a passive one atm) when i can bring myself to shell out for the rigs.
To answer the OP's question -
I only solo so i would have to say the Rifter and the Rupture.
The very same one.

I fly in gangs, so it's the meta 3 Blackbird. It completely changes gang fights, it's more than 50% insured, and I don't lose that many now I've got the hang of it.

Blasteranis - cheap enough to throw away, endless fun chasing other intys around.
Neutron-blasterthron - not the cheapest ship but having that much firepower is addictive.
Properly fitted Nightmare - doesn't matter what it costs so long as you are smart about the fights you get into it won't die.

Just curious, but how does an Abaddon compare to a Geddon in fleet fights?
I've found the Thorax to be dependable, if a little quick to pop, but 10MN MWDs are your friends, and T2 Ions with CN Anti hurt quite a bit ___________________ Show me how it ends |
