So the black ops buff consists of cutting out some of their base cargo space and converting it to a jump fuel only bay.. lulz. Thanks for the boost CCP. I felt it was a worthless buff when I thought the fuel bay space was in addition to the existing cargo space (and yes, I actually fly 3 of the 4 black ops ships). We really appreciate all the doubtlessly mind bendingly difficult work this required on your part. But next time why don't you just spare us the anticipation/hope/disappointment rollercoaster and go play your little eve-on-a-console game, kthxbainow.

What if our hold isn't filled with 'crap' and we actually want to keep the stuff we have. Some people do use dreads to loot the capital modules from cap ship wrecks. Do you really want to be forced to jetisson a few siege mods the next time you log in and hope you have time to fly a hauler back for them? Also what happens to carriers with very little fuel in their bay but tons in GSC's in their CHA? You can't access them in your cha or even launch them into space. You could before because they'd fit into your cargo hold. Yet again, you are helpless until you find a hauler buddy.

When you decided to use this opportunity to nerf carrier some more, where oh where is your solution to transporting rigged ships???? There may be a lot of them with the new rigging options.
Where are
*T3 modules and ammo?
*Salvage conversion to T2 salvage?
*Marauders that are cost effective compared to a CNR?
*A suitably awesome replacement for the current lame cyno effect, like the old one?
For goodness sake, wake up and allow new ships to be cheap an popular, it isn't a crime. Make black ops BSs dangerous, effective, and affordable, not pre-nerfed to death then half fixed.
Simplify the T3 production nightmare maze, remove most of it. But, just increasing neurovisual drops will remove the last profitable items in WH for lone exploration players, and will have little if any effect on T3 cruiser prices. You need to address the gas harvesting bottleneck, and if you want to make T3 other than a historical curiosity, the cruisers need to be around 100-200 mill, not 1bill fitted. Bring in T3 frigates and dessies, at the 1 - 50 mill price mark.

This is just horrible in my opinion.
a) You can't see people who decloaked for just a few seconds (e.g. when decloaking after jumping in or when they landing at a gate and decloak before they jump out) anymore unless your timing is lucky. Right now it is the job of good scouters to keep spamming scan which results in skill > luck instead.
b) You can't time many things correctly. 2s delay means 6au to 27au someone got closer to you. Especially in fast roaming gangs / sniping hac gangs its crucial to see how far the enemy is spread out and to get exact information asap. 2 seconds are a lot of time there.
c) When hunting people or e.g. ratters decent scouts keep checking belts they are not warping to midwarp right now. It works because there is no delay between scans, here again 2s delay in an interceptor is just huge.

First you move the ice products to the fuel bay, then, if needed, you eject something.
The Corporation Hangar isn't touched by the change, so nothing happens to it. |

- Hammerhead IIs and Hobgoblin IIs NOT doing any damage to some structures (Guristas War Installation is just one example; dunno about other drones) while quite happily demolishing others. Reported as a bug months ago - "yeah yeah we know will get fixed in the next patch". Few patches later - no fix.
- Station containers again default to "Items locked" after every patch - was sorted a few patches ago, very annoying "feature" crept back in...
But we do get a new capsule graphics - woo-bleeding-hoo...

well,after having to wait an extra 5 hours before i could even attempt to patch,then the patch install said i allready have that version,but when i tried to log in it says "incompatible version". Now i have to wait an extra 6 hours for the full download then install set everything. Oh and btw 12:00 you said? you also said "make sure your skill que full".Well ive lost 4 hours allready and now its going to be extra 6 hours,because some dork forgot to set the alarm clock in that hole they store z80 processor(brain) sorry if i offended any z80 processors out there.
Back to the real issue i writ about: CCP "your patching system @"!^&*%$ sucks" every time you realeas a patch i have to do a full install :-( and it was not always so? when did you decide to ?&*^% things up?
