What will you do when you've driven Barge/Exhumer mining extinct in favour of Battleship mining? Gallente is what America believes itself to be.

Well, the bounty is on exhumers, so if there's no exhumers I guess no one gets kills that need to be paid out on.

None. Because I doubt the consequences are something you care to bother with. But it is an interesting question irregardless. You've gonna start Rohkaggedon? You need to give it a rest. An indefinite Hulkageddon will inveitably lead to it's own demise due to people simply switching to other ships for mining. Gallente is what America believes itself to be.

The answer is that there aren't nearly enough gankers to effectively kill off barge/exhumer mining. No matter how hard we try, the most effective weapon of Hulkageddon is its own existence. eh |

As a yearly event, yes. People simply park their ships and the stupid ones who don't get blown up. Then it is business as usual. However, if you keep Hulkageddon going on all the time, people won't undock their barges at all. Not because they will get blown up, but because they might. Gallente is what America believes itself to be.

Except it doesn't really work. As mentioned, Battleship Mining will sort of kill of not only Hulkageddon, but any kind of -geddon. Gallente is what America believes itself to be.

I still can't really wrap my head around this.
If I got say 6 guys with handguns and a car, and we tried to take out a garbage truck, we might mess it up, but it would be far from destroyed.
All that metal - being a heavy industrial machine and all that - little bullets. Get the idea.
I can imagine that a Tie Interceptor for example would have a heck of a time trying to blow up the Nostromo.
Just saying.

Sure it would. If a human would be a spaceship, a 50 caliber rifle most definitely would constitute as a Large Turret, if not X-Large Turret. Gallente is what America believes itself to be.

This is a dumb analogy anyway because the "garbage truck" was stripped of all of that "metal" and tricked out to collect garbage faster eh |

Step 1: Notice that mining battleships don't have much in the way of cargo space. Step 2: Shoot transports. Actually, that's right. Those max yield battleships (huh, max yield... sounds familiar) - how much EHP do they have compared to say a tanked hulk and untanked hulk?
