Caldari Choice for evil: 40M if you go 33J, the last 2 into null sec 30M if you go 30J into low sec.
Choice for good: People make that choice in EVE?

That's worse hitpoints and worse HP regen then your standard implant unless I got the math wrong. What the point of it? A rare implant that's worse than the normal slot 7 shield implant?
I cannot think of a single situation where would end up better than the 5% hitpoint slot 7 implant.
Saying that I want to buy one just for the fun factor. So if anyone wants to sell it I will pay a good price. ______ How to Passive Shield Tank T2

The armor one is gimped too.
Standard Armor Implants: Zet4000 5% Repaired Amount ( Slot 9 ) Zet5000 5$ Armor HP (Slot 10 ) Zet5000 "Noble" is 7% Armor HP (Slot 10 )
While I could use it to get 7% repaired amount, why would I that 5% HP gives me a better EHP in most cases.

low skill requirements to use it.
Point of it, is the same as the point of the arcs themselves.
Background info on the world, roleplay reasons, for something different to do from the routine.
If you're looking for AWESOME EPIC REWARDS!!! then it's going to be a disappointment.
The Amarr arc is fine as is. Lots of background information, rewards are just icing on the cake.

Edited by: Lustige Grinsekatz on 22/08/2009 11:03:30 Amarr rewards seem really nice compared to Gallente one tho lol
Also... you can redo Epic Arcs every 3 months or something? Would you be able to get rewards again?

c'mon really. The story is a cheap soap opera, uveboll could have done better. The missions themselves are about as challenging, as a regular sansha blockade. Lots of meat to cut through. Only the last one was a bit of fun both in challenge factor and story - and that is exclusevely due to maniac ravings of the bad guy.
I'm talking about amarr arc here - highsec path of it.
And it's neither challenging, nor rewarding. And it's no fun mostly too.
Epic fail for ccp, what were they doing for 4 month i dunno.

Disappointed here, both in the rewards and the missions themselves.
Seems like Epic arcs are another overhyped unfinished feature.
Instead of spending resources on actually making EVE not suck, they develop a console shooter. Ha! ---

Does the Syndicate Cloaking Device have a Velocity Penalty and/or allow you to warp while cloaked? What are the skill requirements for it?
I have never done epic arcs before, I assume during the epic arc you make a choice along the way to be "good" or "bad"? If so, does it have a standing impact? Can you do the epic arcs over again or is it once per toon?

You can't warp while cloaked with this storyline cloak. It is a varient of any other cloaking device so if you get info on a cloaking device ingame and go to the variations tab you can easily find out the exact stats on the syndicate one.

All missions you do in the arc will have standings changes in a similar way to lvl 4 missions, I don't know if they specifically have a greater effect or not. You can only do the epic arcs once every.... 3 months I think? There is definitely a long period between repeats on each toon.

So I finished the arc... I think? And that's it - no item reward at all, just ISK? Finished THE BOTTOM LINE with "A Difference of Opinion" and lastly "Home In Peace"...
"Sinas put in a good word for me to some ôwell-placedö friends of his, promising that my deeds would not go unnoticed. He also gave me some ISK, apparently it was part of the ransom that Ishukone would have been forced to pay to keep Isha silent.
He said my work was done now though; that I had in fact done more than anyone expected. He wished me well, and sent me back on my way." 25 mil reward. Which is nice, don't get me wrong. But I can get ISK anywhere... and the other races have a unique item reward - so why doesn't Caldari? (I see the Hyasyoda Lab listed, but not sure if that's really an epic arc reward... and if it is, how to get it) So how is it other races get an item reward, but not Caldari?

The items are of no use whatsoever. Be happy you got ISK.

good and bad is a matter of opinion though and I'm not actually sure that was the end of the arc , It ended on my choice however and was heck short imo and totally underwhelming.

This means you got through the mission with 700000 m3 cargo as the reward, I assume. Did you return the item in a freighter?

I still have not been offered a lvl 4 arc. Is this a random invite after running lvl 4's? Do you need to go to a certain station/agent??
