Currently there are 2 useful and 2 useless logistics. Guardian and Baslisk being the better ones
due to their ability to sustain their cap with transfers. The Oneiros and Schimitar are completely
useless compared to the other 2 logistics due to this fact.
There is NO reason whatsoever to fly an Oneiros or Schimitar instead of the Guardian and Baslisk.
Take a Gallente pilot that wants to be in a good logistical ship. He is forced to train another cruiser-skill to level 5 which will take a long time, while players who don't have either Amarr or Caldari cruiser-5 will have to settle for the crappy logistics.
Give the Oneiros and Schimitar the energy-transfer bonus as well. There is NO reason not to.

Actually, the Oneirons and Basilisk make far better solo Logistic ships than the Guardian or Basilisk, due to more mid/low slots. One Oneiros is better than one Guardian, but two Guardians are better than one Oneiros.

strange.
usally i see a lot of those useless scimitars when i fly in low sec gangs.
guess we are not playing the game right.
guardian and basilisk are very good for larger fleet with multiple logistic ships, but for fast roaming gangs i'll take a onerios or scimitar any day

Oneiros and scimitar as good as the other 2. They can slef replenish cap enough so they can keep permanently running. The advantage of the other 2 is that they can not only help other logistics but heklp other ships like battleships , hacs etc...
The only thign that need a change is.. STUPID TRACKING LINK BONUS! Give us somethign moderately usefull or UNNERF the tracking link to how it was before the scrioppts patch that nerfed them massively.

OP is an idiot and prob hasn't got logistics at level 5 where both the Oneiros and Scimitar shine.
These are great ships because they don't become automatically useless when your cap partner is ecmed/dies/leaves the field.

Tracking links should work better, right now I'm one of the very few people who use them. When I do use them it's playing 2 accounts; my main in a scimitar and my alt in a amarr banana boat recieving lots of tracking loving probably the best use you can ever get out of them, even then their advantages aren't all that great. simple boost of say 20-30% in their current effectiveness would make them a hell of a lot nicer imo and more of an option that isn't just about wanting to fit logistics mods rather than tank.
