Grav ship
the grav ship is a specalized ship that has a counter part to all the 4 races. like an interdictors ability to put up anti warp bubbles . a grave ship is the only ship that can place a gravity well which will pull a ship out of cloak. this has a range of 25K. this however cant be done with in 50K of any jump gate due to the disruption it would cause to the jump portal generation. this is not reducable by skill or modual.
players who are cloaked will be able to see a red bubble that shows any current grav wells in the current grid so a expereanced player whould be able to avoid being uncloaked to soon.

Have you ever used a clocked ship to fully understand the role she's having in the game?!..
I dont give a **** about whiners, noobs and f***n' idiots who thinks this game is made to suit every desire they have ( if u think the game is broken, and your ideas will fix it, guess again!!! )!..
Every idea so far is at least non-practical... Yours for instance!...
You have a 5-6 gang man ... At least one is a tackler, 2 hacs, maybe 1-2 bs and 1-2 dictors!.. And one particular ship that doesn't do **** ... Just puts a anti-cloak bubble ... onto a specific gate-to-gate direction ... and waits ... Apart from that the dictor becomes useless ... It needs to be a bubble frenzy at every gate-camp that should cover 50+ km range ... So in order to be somehow ok, the gang should consist of a least 10-15 player (or even more) of which only half of them are damage dealers ... An equal size force with only damage dealers will ****d them, pod them, steal their stuff, make them cry and throw them into deep depression ( that will make them never-ever play eve )!!
Excuse my language, but cloak is great ... more ships should use cover-ops module; ships that can sneak and kill far behind enemy lines... Because, lets face it, 50% more of the characters in .0 space are industrial alts that mine, manage towers, construct titans and cap-ships (which should be seriously nerfed, i.m.o.) and have good stats with all the research agents in empire ...
Which is translated to boredom, inactivity, lack of fun, lack of engagement and lack of excitement!!!

no cloaking is fine as it is
cloaking has enough drawbacks already 1. u get decloaked if something is less than 2km away 2. even when your cloak is not in use you lose upto 50% of your sensor's scan resolution (doubles lock time) 3. when cloaked in anything other than a cov ops stealth bomber or recon u move painfully slow and cannot warp while cloaked. 4. Cloaking devices use lots of cpu 5. when cloaked u cannot target things
so no we dont need anti cloak ships

I agree with above but to give a better way to do it, would be an echo location emmiter that sends out pulses. :)

It would be nice to have some minor decloak, I agree. But something simple, just a sonar ping style thing. Module, midslot, 10km ping for small, 25 med, and 50 for large. 30 second cycle. If somebody is cloaked, ping, sensors window says how far, can hot/cold find it. Not overpowering, stops carebear whiners...

Cloaking is not broken and doesn't need a countermeasure.
