With the new OMAR office established, one of the primary problems encountered was staff needed to handle the tedious paperwork and call center activities. The problem was solved when the head of OMAR, Pulgor Edallan, donated 11,850 slaves to the Neo-Citizen program. These slaves were formerly from a plantation he ran sponsored by the Ammatar Consulate.
This plantation was fueled almost entirely by the Ammatar Consulate as they funneled their best and brightest slaves into the endeavor. Now these slaves have earned their way one rung up society's ladder and are currently being transformed into new Neo-Citizens ready to serve Metatron Inc. and the Empire.
Initial estimates say that training should be concluded at the end of the month and these new Neo-Citizens will be back at work in the OMAR office taking calls and filing applications.
This is another shining example of how the OMAR is helping make life better for everyone! -----------------------------------

While the slaves were being transported to Auderne, a Minmat gorilla fighter attempted to blast the Mammoth industrial transporting them. The offender was Nate Gordo of MusatÆaa Matari Corporation.
The pilot of the indy, none other then Pulgor (head of OMAR), called for backup from AMAX corporation. A squad was detached and arrived in mere minutes to escort the Mammoth industrial and its cargo the rest of the way. Nate did attempt to interfere once more but the forces of the holy were too much for him and his rupture collapsed under the fire of Caldari missles.
The shipment of Neo-Citizens made it safe and on time thanks in part to AMAX Corporation. Upon arriving the Neo-Citizens were a bit shook up but unscathed.
Larc Rusic was one Neo-Citizen on that ship who took it upon himself to making a painting of the AMAX Kestrel that flew with them to Auderne. This painting has since been displayed in many Neo-Citizen centeres around the galaxy. This memorable painting has already sold millions of prints galaxy wide and while certainly almost guaranteed to move him up to rank B, when Larc was asked for a comment, he had this to say, "What can I say? God inspired me and for that single moment, my hands truely felt devine."
The Neo-Citizens are currently undergoing training and integration to aid them in fulfilling their new assignments at the OMAR office.
This is one story that does have a happy ending. -----------------------------------

Such a program is to be commended! Giving slaves the chance to prove themselves is a good idea.
Long live the Legion.
