I dont see the good use of a dual mwd apoc realy
Only as travel setup but never seen somebody useing it for pvp or npc hunting

Well if a 2xMWD nerf is coming it's far off - atm even Shiva shows no signs of it.

Easy way to nerf dual MWD's would be just to use the 25% cap penalty from total cap instead of current cap... Try running 2 MWD's with half cap for any extended time Would still be good for running (or trying to) blockades without instas.

mwds and AB's should be fixed so only the right size will fit on the right class of ships.
1mn for frigs, 10mn for cruisers and 100mn for BS and that only one will be allowed to be fitted.

Ive had fun doing this, sometimes Ill do two missle launchers since im totally Caldari and have torps and cruise at 4 and 5. Sometimes Ill do a smart bomb variation. It just depends. The blasters are fun though
