Right can some one explain what i am doing wrong,
I currently have Energy Systems Operation at lvl 3 giving me a 15% in cap recharge rate
My Amaar Frigate Skill is at level4
Example 1
The Amarr Executioner Frigate has a ship bonus of 5% cap recharge rate per level
so when entering this frigate i should get 0.85 (15% reduction) for ESO and 0.80 (20% reduction) for frig skill. Therfore it should be giving me multiplier of 0.68 (0.8*0.85).
Executioner starts with recharge rate of 112.5s so i should get 76.5s (112.5 *0.68). But looking at the ship stats i get 95.63. So i come of worse
Example 2

Both ships are bare and have no modules fitted. And have looked at ships stats both in hanger and in space.
Does anyone Know where i have gone wrong.

You can't add the %... You've gotta take them one by one when counting.
For example if you have basic 100 in recharge. You get 10% less for one thing and 10% less for another, that would give you 80 in recharge when adding the %. Adding like this: 1-0.1-0.1=0.8*100=80. That is incorect. The proper way to count is this: 0.9*100=90 0.9*90=81 witch gives you 81 in recharge rate.
Try to do it like that and it should be working. :)
**EDIT** Doesn't work either I just noticed, but something is VERY wrong here...

Try this one
0.6*0.85*225 = 114.75
Seems to me that the frigate skill gives you 10% reduction in recharge time
Seems also to me that you are not getting your frig bonus on the executioner

Thanks for the replys people,
I think you are right in saying that i am getting 10% cap recharge per lvl for the punisher, and not getting the bonus at all for the executioner, i think i will pertition this.
