Quite simple. They use a known bug to their benefit.
Let me explain here. You see, ex-CSM member Ankhesetapemkah is somewhat obsessed with the whole storyline thing and especially that Caldari control Intaki system. So, she is now capturing plexes in her cloaking and max stabbed frigates by the courtesy of CCP who has not fixed the standings bug (which has been reported since the start of faction war).
What this means in practice that Caldari navy spawning to warfare complexes, does not shoot at her. Convinient eh?
And by her own admissions, she has five such accounts running on five different computers. Now, that is bit of stretch seeing how she manages to flee with her main whenever a Caldari comes knocking. As if this is not quite enough, she resorts to all kinds of verbal abuse when someone dares to interfere with her exploiting, which she says is working as intended. In fact, quite recently she wished me to die in RL because I stopped her efforts.
This time I'm here to stay. forever. Until you die of old age or other misery.
Other insults include crude sexual references. Also, in her opinion Caldari npcs are too powerful because people accompanying her plexing actually were shot and some lost ships. The horror!
Now, it remains to be seen if her exploiting will achieve anything but personally, I find it sad that quality of the faction war is dragged down by the whims of this single individual, who is on her third quest to conquer all of Caldari space (apparently she has prepared for 6 months to do this).
Personally, I believe that as far as FW goes, i've achieved my objectives now when such a tirade is leveled against me. If Gallentes want such person leading their "reclaiming", then so be it. We will all know the truth behind it.

(a) Plexing, both offensive and defensive, for "system control" is done in a laughable manner as it is. The very fact that (defensively or offensively) do plex -> hostile comes in -> run/cloak/whatever is the best option always is just meh. It makes it one giant game of tag, rather then actually fighting to, eg. control these plexes. The very fact that one plex runner who never fights (there is no special reason to defend a plex) can in fact do something shows how broken a mechanic it is.
(b) Space control is laughable, anyway. It doesn't really *do* anything. There's no reason to care about it, and no money (or whatever) in it. Mind you, given how systems change hands via something as silly as capture the flag plexing (only, you don't get to really lose anything if someone chases you from the plex) there should not be any rewards from space control anyway.
So it's really all just a bit of RP and fluff for the all-out fragfest occuring in low-sec.
As for Ankh... well, if I said anything I'd probably get a forum ban, most likely not a good idea.

You should keep in mind that Ankh did a lot for FW when she was in CSM. Also she has her own ways to show CCP when something is broken. For example she got to the highest Amarr rank within few days after FW was launched, to show CCP that ranking is to easy, she posted her results and CCP listened.
Probably she wants to show CCP again that something is broken, since just mentioning it doesn't help, you need to change something in game to get CCP's attention.
Also it's more effective to make others cry about something instead of crying youself.
I know a guy who was suicide ganked in his hulk. Instead of whining himself, he suicide-ganked a few dozens of them. And every time he messaged the victim, told him how little isk he had to invest in order to kill him, and suggested to express his anger with petitions or on the forums. Now he had a few dozens other guy whining about his problem, that's effective. I think Ankh is doing something similar.

Obviously if exploiting is happening, it should be fixed.
I don't know that running around cloaked is necessarily an exploit, but I think it's bad for generating PvP fights at plexes so I think that too should be fixed.
Basically, there's an awful lot about plexxing that is tedious and needs fixing.
But Ankh can't retake all of space for gallente if all she does is run away when people show up. Any kind of opposition would prevent her from capturing a plex.
But in the end, given that system control really doesn't matter at all - is this such a big deal?

We had done quite a few threads about it already. Also, it didnt stop us from mocking her anyway for being such a silly turncoat. After all, she wanted the medal that CCP gave to us (= she didnt do any of the work) and she didnt get it

With all the drama that goes on in Gallente/Caldari factional warfare, I'm surprised anyone has any systems at all or that a single ship is destroyed. The Gallente corps are bickering with each other and worried about spies and all I see the Caldari do is moan and complain about what the Gallente are doing. Can you guys just shut it and shoot one another like civilized people?

In order to facilitate plex warfare, I'll bestow all the faction warfare militias including the clueless among the Caldari militia the final piece of the plex puzzle. You need about 30 to 40 NET plex in order to capture a system. Keep a running tally of the plexes you take on behalf of your faction and the ones your enemy take. Size of the plex does not count all it matters is that you take the plex. Have fun kids.

Damar you're a hypocrite.
You exploit everything you can left and right yourself, (alt recycling, Navy manipulation, FW missions before CCP closes the exploit and more) and then call Ankh who simply uses a feature that is working as intended an exploiter.
Your corp runs an army of (recycled)(trial)alts to plex and grab cosmos missions.
The quality of FW has been going down since you and your smacktalking band of trash got involved.
And telling that someone is going to stay until you die of old age is not a threat, l2read.
You're a hypocryte, and a slanderer. Ankh did a lot for us in FW while she was on the CSM. All you contribute are your worthless whine threads.

Caldari Militia is complaining via an alt that some ex-CSM called Ankh is using five alts in turn to get a pink dot on the map.
Now, it doesn't say in the rules that's there's a maximum of alts you can own, hmm?
So if CCP thinks she's exploiting, then the whole goddamn alt-world of EVE must be banned too. Including 90% of all Caldari people, which at Jita-people.
