@Sir13 Your petition is in the queue and you have had numerous responses already. You also had a definitive answer already, but you demanded review further up the chain. That review will happen, but, as stated, this will take time. Please stop giving my lovely colleagues in Community unnecessary work by posting your questions across several threads. The only course of action at this point is patience as this is a very lengthy and time consuming process.

I appreciate your compassion but I have not had a reply for 11 days, and the reason I wanted the petition escalated to a higher level was because GM Thunder seemed to think that I was only entilted to the accounts back in the for "as is" which meant my character Preestar was gone for good end of story.

I advise you to not discuss specifics on our forums. In respect for our customers (and you) I have tried to keep specifics our of my reply as best as I could. Anyway I trust that the GM's will eventually get around to my case it's just hard, I'm not the most patient of people. I'll just wait for the outcome.
Basically they are saying shut the hell up while they work on your issue. You wanted an escalated response? Well these things take x amount of time because you and everyone else wants an escalated response from a much smaller group of supervisors than are available.
Jesus christ, my manager at AT&T would have just cancelled your account by now, refunded you whatever and told you to never do business with us again. |

Personally, I would VOID all his claims since it is CCP policy NOT TO TALK ABOUT YOUR PETITIONS ON THE FORUMS AND HAS BEEN STATED SO MANY TIMES I CAN NOT COUNT AND YET STILL PEOPLE DO IT BECAUSE THEY JUST DONT CARE ABOUT THE RULES.
For this reason, I would VOID his petitions and deny whatever claims are trying to be recovered.,
But then again, I have to deal with spoiled "I;m entitled" assholes at work (Insurance agents) so I have short tolerance for that type of behavior.

Prior, OP complains petitions are taking too long.
OP shared his account, which is against the EULA. He wasn't happy with the results said sharing got him.

Customer service does not work like that mate..... people have issues, people get frustrated and things go wrong. The end of the day when you provide a serivce, you have to accept that fact that there may be problems and people get angry for whatever reason.
Anyway I think the thread should be deleted or closed as I did not want to start a forum war....... I remember a civil rights person once said. "For them to hear your words they must first see your actions"
Me posting on this forum has probably done nothing, but there's a slight chance one of the GM's has opened up the petition and taken a quick look at it to see that it's still ongoing etc.
All I ever wanted was a reply from the senior GM who is now dealing with my petition to say "Hey, my name is Senior GM x and I am now dealing with your petition, as you can imagine this will take some time, thank you for being patient while we look into it"
Something of that nature would of been perfect. |

Here's what actually happened, regardless of what you say happened: You had your buddy change skills for you once while you were busy. No big deal I'd bet two thirds of the population of the game has done that. Later, since you didn't change your pw the guy you thought you could trust turned out to be less than trustworthy and now you've been boned.
Basically you broke a rule that CCP stopped really enforcing 3 years ago, and now you're suffering the consequences.
To top that off, this is exactly how customer service works, you throwing a hissy fit on the forums because you had to wait ELEVEN WHOLE FRICKIN DAYS is laughable, most situations like this take 30-60 days to sort out properly.
You got one answer, but decided that answer wasn't good enough and now you've had it escalated.
So now, you will sit and wait while what you asked for is done, and trust that if you make an ass of yourself while doing it that you will wait longer.
