A drone capacity rig or module would be wonderful.
not bandwith or number of drones, just something that works like a cargohold extender only for drones.
Right now the 40 m capacity is the only thing keeping me from switching out my vexor for a huginn(feel as minmatar I should have ship loyalty) not exactly sure what possesed me to post this as well hah.

I would like to see it as well. I don't think it would be terribly unbalanced, as long as you make 3 different sizes with PG fitting restrictions so a BS one would give say 50 more dronebay, and a cruiser sized one roughly 25 ish, and then maybe a frigate one that gives like 10 or so. --- I am taking pre orders for Navy Armageddons |

Rifters with drones = AWESOME
It would have to be a percentage thing so as to prevent ships without drones from getting them. But do you want to see ships like harbingers and hurricanes with full med or heavy drone load-outs?

well I haven't got so far as to late game drones but from what Ive seen so far their bandwidth and space are the exact same,
so just because I have a drone bay doesn't mean I have bandwidth and example from what I would do with one actually say it was a rig that added 25 to capacity with the huginn I would go from 40 to 65 but my bandwith would still be 4. it just gives more room for backups in case the first ones sent out get popped

You missed the point, the point is it adds dronebay not drone bandwidth, so you could have a rifter with a dronebay, but it could never launch the drones. --- I am taking pre orders for Navy Armageddons |

Which I thought was half the point of adding the drone bandwidth restriction in the first place.
So that the drone carrying capacity of ships could be modified independently of their drone controlling capacity.
Now that we have this separation of the two, I see no reason why this couldn't be added. In general there's a pretty significant shortage of drone enhancing modules as it is. The only drone damage module (barring subsystems) in the game is only for sentries. - Support DISBANDING the Alliance CCP Renamed at the Alliance's Request |

What we need is plain and simple drone damage rigs. And modules.
All turrets have them, missiles have them. Magstabs, heat sinks, etc etc. There's nothing similar for drone boats.
Drone damage rigs and modules are missing from the game.
