As a recruiter for Blue Sky alliance I would like to extend an invitation to combat specialised industrialists to join us. We already have strong freight and mining divisions (and are still recruiting into those divisions) and are looking to expand our combat base. We can potentially offer:
POS access Low tax rate (5% or less) Ships and modules made to order, t1 & t2 Some free ships and modules Some free skillbooks Many other players to chat and play longside People to group with for standings for all factions Salvage rights to group missions Group missions up to level 5 Corp Jumpclone access
What are we looking for in return? Whilst we will consider out-and-out carebears, we are looking to establish a trained and experienced PVP-ready wing for times of war. You should, therefore, be willing to drop the missions an the ratting and fly a PVP combat ship when called upon. An alt is an acceptable alternative to using your main at a pinch but we would prefer you be willing to fly your specialist, well skilled character.
We are not looking for pirates. We are NRDS throughout empire. We are seeking the PVE specialist who is willing to dabble in occasional PVP.

IĈm in a corporation which charges me 20% tax for my services. IĈm expected to create my own wealth, buy assets which I then destroy through my style of game play.
These assets I build do not create wealth for myself and others like me. However, they do help protect the possessions of people who do create wealth. Out of these people some help to defend their assets and others do not.
I have never received any dividends or other direct/indirect payment for my services.
So are my services worthless to the corporation? Is the 20% tax a fair payment to pew with a few friends?

There are plenty of pirate corps. This is something different. Player Since 2005 Over 4000 hours logged

I'm not sure what you're asking here. If you want to pay 20% tax you can be in an NPC corp. If you are in a standard do-everything type corp then it sounds a lot to me. I can't answer whether it is worthwhile to you. That entirely depends on your play style, and what you receive back for it.

I'm still confused, They want you to pay them for your time protecting them?
A good PVE corp charges taxes for corp services, at a massive discount considering the actual cost of those services. In return for that discount and the mutual protection of corp members they ask your occasional participation in defensive operations when necessary. If they are asking for more than that then look elsewhere. _________________________ Join Channel 'Mentors' for PVP and PVE help and advice ingame without changing corps. I like to pew. So I go out and carebear. Then spend 200-300 mil on a ship or 1-2 bil on a carrier or dread. On top of which I pay the corp tax. Then I go kill stuff till I lose it, then start the all process over again. I accept that I have to be self-sufficient but I'm beginning to resent corp taxes.
The guy said some free ships and mods. Low tax rate. What about profit sharing?
You say corp services. What are they?

I listed the corp services. We are, however, a hisec alliance so sounds like we aren't right for you.
