So, my corpies and I have many opinions - in short, ideas we'd want developed into workables/unworkables Let's make it simple, and if you have anything to add, go ahead
1. Cyno gens -> standings - reason will be clear in 2.a) a) Almost rids us of the need to have chain of cyno alts b) Rids us of an annoying game mechanic that is a daily routine
2. One account per living person - hard to accomplish, simpler with one cc per account a) Pirates, and other people who dont belong in empire shouldnt be there, see 3 b) Gets rid of unnecessary alts for every single thing people do c) 2-3 characters for your account, so that you can be part of other aspects of EVE as well d) Not foolproof, obviously, but hey its a start?
3. Hidden routes into empire, hidden pirate stations (1roomed complexes?) - feel free to elaborate if interested a) hidden pirate stargates that start in lowsec and go to random(?) systems in empire b) hidden complexes with stations for pirates to dump goods in - for transport from inner to outer ring (lowsec) c) defition: pirate - allegiance to pirate factions (in general?) d) empire does not control lowsec anymore, pirates do e) faction war - care to comment?
Work backwards from 3.d) to 1.a)
4. No insurance payout for suicide ganks - self explanatory
5. CONCORD shouldnt be invincible, but should reinforce itself and incrementally punish people based on corporation / alliance a) In a perfect scenario this will stop GMs from intervening when big corporations attack in empire b) CONCORD reacts and functions like space police should

thinking about: 0.0 alliance POSs in lowsec could be attacked by NPC pirate faction a) 0.0 alliances will depend more on pirates for buying/selling- will it work? dunno b) 0.0 alliances will be attacked by pirate faction guns possibility for standings set by average of standings by pirate corporations/alliances living in region? adds more relevancy and power to pirate factions and those living with them could lead to 0.0 alliances becoming more self-sufficient, but will also make them rely on pirate factions

Wormhole already provide hidden routes. 'Fixed' hidden routes/structures will not be hidden for much longer.

NO. -self explanatory (but feel free to look at comments in the subject I and other people against it made in pother oportunities)

you could tank and kill concord in the past and people just farmed them. no thanks.
also evading concord ... they usually hit you with a hammer if you had been terribad. you deserve it and will feel some consequences. Welcome to eve.
and also concord doesnt care about smuggling except for genesis maybe. the faction police does. you can tank them already and also evade them in fast agile ships. no change needed here.
most of your other suggestions are similarly crappy.

wormholes arent a reliable way to go anywhere, seeing as youd want to go to a pirate station system in empire
concord cant be farmed, because its an instanced police, more simply pop-up and eventually you all die
smuggling isnt about illegal wares in my post, its about moving out wares for pirates feeding low sec and then ultimately also giving opportunities for 0.0 alliances to use the same routes
the end result of this is lowsec is pirate home, high sec is less safe than before but pirates are more aware of the results of such ganking concord will devote more resources, in reality just a number reflecting your corps notoriety, and the end result being you will be annihilated just stepping a toe in empire over time they will forget about you, and you can go do more again, just less incentive

Most of the stuff that you propose I think is a bad Idea. There should be something done with the insurance.
Personally I would reduce the payouts by 50 % when the ship is killed by Concord. Or my personal favorite Totally remove the Insurance from the game.
As far as armies of cyno alts I can see where you are going its pain in the ass but you Do not suggest alternative.

So basically you are proposing that the cyno generators should be allowed to be used in low sec and NPC empire as long as you have high standing with whoever ownes the space? I would support that definietly would be against jump bridges but this might solve tha pain of having 3 chars out of which 2 are just cyno *****es.

From game balance perspective CONCORD is delete(criminal_ship) with fancy graphics and a bit of backstory.

Hauling alts? Courier contracts? Bloackade Runners and Jump freigthers? Moving out wares its already simple enough.

no, im talking about using other alliances cyno gens because they allowed you to do it in [certain places] and yes of course im pro jumping to low sec as well, but you cant just put a cyno gen there :P i doubt CCP will go for that
as for the other guys if you read all the changes there you'll see why secret routes just cant be found unless of course some pirate shows it to another guy, which then jumps there and dies at the hands of gate/station guns or he is cloaked, but the gates wont let him jump, nor the station let him dock :P

i dont see how any of that is relevant here, its not about scanning or griefing its not even in the picture seeing as pirates can still be in empire right now, killing your ships
im trying to conjure up a pirate empire w/different factions to make lowsec relevant and as for scanning someone down at the entrance... there is no entrance its a room you warp to if you know where it is, only concord can (randomly) find it and they might dont spawn in 0.8 and above, for example
besides why would you wanna go find that secret place if its only gonna get you shot down?

Probably won't happen seeing CCP supports dual/triple accounts. And also I see no way to prevent someone from having more than 1 account. What about ETC. __________ \(^.^)/ |

Why? Their money and time, that's a player call. Why derail a pvp mains training just to make say an indy expert if you have the extra 15 bucks laying around to run a farm account.

fair enough, if the boundary between 0.0 and empire (lowsec) is big enough, we can still make lowsec alot more relevant and still keep many accounts i may just remove number 2. altogether
one of the issues i tried to resolve with that was how 1 player with enough accounts can gank a huge ship in empire, and steal its good all alone it should be a collaborative effort

2. Cannot remove alt accounts, as people have paid good money and expended lots of time to create them. This isnt even a problem.
3. I like the idea of hidden pirate stations, or at least more roaming agents... mainly because I'd like to see agents which give you Interference Missions, where your task is to delay someone from finishing a mission for an opposing faction within the bonus period.
3. Wormholes already provide the hidden routes.
4. I think there should be no insurance for any global criminal countdown, and that platinum insurance should be removed.
5&6. CONCORD prolly does need reworking, but should stay as it is until a more comprehensive crime/punishment model can be invented.
