Hello CCP, been waiting on your response for the 7th day now on my patition and nothing yet sup with that. My alts acc ran out on 1st bought a GTC said it extended on site but not within EVE filled numerous petitions which got closed down with the answer we recieved your 1st petition and its being handaled. BULL...T!!!! 7th day now and counting and still no response to the original petition, as a customer who is paying for the game for over 3yrs now I DEMAND u resolve the issue immidiatly accounting me for the loss days alrdy + adding 1 week on top of it, with the skill I was skilling being also complete at the time u activate it. As a customer I have a right to be satisfied with the end product which in this case Im not and many others aswell.

We resolved the issue with GTCs earlier this week. Have you tried since filing your petition? If not, please do so. If it is still an issue, update your petition. You will not lose your place in line.
We apologize that you have been waiting for your petition to be responded to. Please understand that we receive a large number of petitions, and with the holiday's just ending we are playing a little catch up. But I assure you your petition is important to us and we will answer it in the order that it was received.

Yeah I will never ever understand why people think that customer support will run faster if you just spam them with your problem. The time difference between closing a useless petition/call/whatever vs actually being able to help with a problem is really quite dramatic. ( for those not getting it, in the time you close 2/3 useless petitions, you could have actually handled 1 real one. ) But since you have to go through every single one of them it can get pretty insane.
