Last week Thursday I attempted to login and check skills before going to work and was informed that the account had been banned pending investigation "Reason: Account security compromised". This is all well and good, presumably CCP is just trying to protect me. The problem comes with subsequent communications. I have received nothing at all from CCP regarding this account banning or investigation. I have now e-mailed them 3 times (at [email protected]), the first one being 5 days ago, and have received zero response, not even an acknowledgment that the e-mail had been received. I even filed a petition through the website in an attempt to garner some response but nothing.
I am now at a loss. There is no phone number to call and CCP won't answer me by e-mail. How in the christ do I get some sort of update on what is going on with my account? Are there other avenues of contact I'm unaware of to try and get a response? Even a simple acknowledgement that the investigation is still ongoing would be satisfactory. This complete stonewalling from CCP out of nowhere is extraordinarily frustrating. EVE may have been voted best community of 2009 but it sure as hell doesn't have the best support.

Ccp's customer service is appaling, if you look down the past few days alot of people were banned pending investigation all at one time during January. It looks like a CCP **** up and the wall of silence in trying to contact them is a joke, I would love to see how long they would keep patience if one of their supplier never gave a quick response to an enquiry.
I love the game and feel there is much potential for it to be a lot bigger than it is, the only problem would be I don't think CCP could cope.
One thing they should really look at is an automated response to let you knw your petition us being dealt with not just a black hole of no response.
If there was any other game out there that had such a gritty and great setting I would probably be there instead by now as most other games I have had issues with the gm and customer service responses have been far quicker than anything I have ever faced with CCP.
No this isn't an emo quit thread, but I have cancelled all my accounts until my main's situation is sorted, even tried STO and believe metot is poor beyond belief, so please CCP sort out your customer services and your systems, we are voted the best mmo community so maybe it's time to repay our commitment to you.

I had a chargeback issue last friday, petitioned it, got a reply within 10 hours or so and after a few replies back and forth they cleared within 3 hours. Gave me 1 free day on my accounts so I could apply a plex on them. A++
But they made a mistake by deleting my whole payment history instead of just the chargeback so 1 day after the plex was applied I couldn't login anymore. Made a petition which took them 3 days to reply to, so I was suffering from RSI because of clicking the "check mail" button 5 times a second while starting to lose my sanity. They replied with "oops" and gave me 7 free days. So apart from it taking 3 days it's still A++ from me.

When i've problem with payment issue,filed a petition and got reply in 1h. But when i filed petition about character transfers they replied first one after 6 days. Then i tried to buy character again,and got scamed again.Filed petition,now i am still waiting for reply,i filed it at 06 January.And Gm Momo replied it at 08 Jan. and he said; '' Hi,
I am sorry to hear of your troubles. I will now send the petition to a senior GM where it will be dealt with shortly.
Thank you for your patience.

I'm still waiting for Senior Gm to solve my problem.(Btw its not a big problem,just he'll give my money back...)
I've no alt char i sold my char,and tried buy new one with CCP's rules and got scamed. To get answer to 2 petitions takes almost 15 days :) Its really unacceptable support service.I'm also working in a support team of a web based online game,we need to reply customer mails in 72h or our CEO will kick us.

Have you tried approaching CCP's Chief Executive Officer directly?
I am positive that Hilmar Veigar Petursson would welcome your call and some contructive feedback about your situation.
A quick look in the Iclandic phone book shows he is listed with his direct CCP email address as well in case you want to email instead.
Give the man a ring/email.
