Hello, eve crashed for me (along with many other pilots in my fleet) and when I logged back in, I lost my fighter bombers.
They did not appear in my cargo hanger, drone bay, cargo bay, and I do not see them on the field.
My fleet members can not see the fb on the field either.
I had 11 cyclops and 9 tyrfing
please advise.
MANY DAYS LATER
From the GM Hi jdubs,
Thank you for contacting customer support.
We have checked our server side logs and cannot find your fighters destroyed or staying somewhere in the current space, we cannot reimburse them.
We are sorry that we cannot assist you and we hope you understand our stance on this matter.
Best Regards, GM Tomahawk EVE Online Customer Support

tbh CCP never actually care about stuff like that, i asked for help from a CCP member and he blocked me, CCP's customer service has gone to ****, keep reposting this everytime they try to delete it, people need to see that CCP dont give a **** bout the players of eve anymore

First of all many reimbusements are difficult to prove, learn to suck it up and move on.
Secondly posting petitions is against the forums rules

Thirdly repeatedly breaking the rules can result in a ban. ------------------------------------- The system issues man. |

Well, if they didn't get destroyed and they aren't in space, are they in your hangar someplace?

ye.. Thats they allways do "We have checked our server side logs and cannot find" something what ever "we cannot/won't/etc. reimburse it/them. "
mostly same BS in every answer. I lost once my S-Bomber while gate didn't let me go trough it "Session change allready in progres" ..*holding for some time*.. *pop*.. ...*loading screen starts*
also GMs found nothing.

Zymurgist, In addition to censoring the post, could you at least explain the reasoning behind this?
Thanks Jdubs

There is always a 30 second delay after leaving a station or entering a new system called a session change. You can display this timer by going into options, general settings, general section, and clicking on "show session-change timer". When you undock or enter a new system there will be a small loading symbol in the upper left corner of your screen. Mousing over this small thing will show you the time you have left. This is an intended feature.
I also forgot to mention that any change in a fleet regarding you will also cause this 30 second timer to begin. You cannot leave the system, dock, or get moved in a fleet again until this timer is over.

a) Posting in Forums 101: make a clear and discriptive topic for your post. Yours is bull****.
b) Know the rules before you post (not posting GM correspondence...) and apply to them.
c) Be patient. Petitions take time because there is a ****load of them. They will be answered, but posting in Forums won't speed up the process.

The issue isn't that the petition wasn't answered (which you would know if you'd read the OP), its that the answer makes no sense.
Essentially CCP said, "You had some fighter-bombers, but no one destroyed them and they're not in space anywhere and you don't have them anymore. We don't know what happened, but we're not going to do anything about it."
That's a bull**** response to a petition.

what happened was someone took them. your friends wont own up because they get free stuff and CCP cannot say this due to other players privacy. Get over it and move on.
Geez people lose Titans and moan less than you.
