Can somebody tell us what was stolen by this neutral/suspected enemy agent Sevok Kurouto?
Is it now possible for me to point a finger at any pod pilot, tell Star Fraction he or she is an agent of mine, and Star Fraction will promptly shoot him pre-emptively without fair warning or attempted diplomacy?

I can see the logic to that reply, provocative questioning hoping to garnish a responce that results in poor show toward you and your Alliance.
However, from the neutral point of view, merely observing this as I take my never-ending lessons of space and the politics around this, I'm curious as I'm sure are many other silent neutrals reading this with no ties to either side to see an answer to Mizhara Del'thul's question, albeit without the provocation or hope of a lack of logical responce.
You've always upheld your NRDS policy, and been rather strict about it, surely there are protocol in place for identifying assistants to enemy targets so that they are declared KoS.
I'd like to know more about the protocols you put in place, and how you go about establishing who are agents for enemy Capsuleers, Corporations and Alliances. As well as showing how said protocol were used in this incident to identify the Iteron pilot. Perhaps showing an inside working of the Fraction would help people understand more and make a better informed decision about the event, as things stand information is twisted on both sides and hard to make conclusions with at best. --------------------------------------

There was always one rule that was sacrosanct in SF: You do not fire on neutrals...
Didn't matter if they were spies. Didn't matter if they were haulers carrying enemy goods.
And now, not only was The One Rule broken by an SF Director, it's been lauded by Jade while Cosmo creates a house of cards to hide the truth. Man, how the righteous have fallen.

Learn to read you hopeless nationalist idiot. The Star Fraction rules of engagement are clear to all of us. If a neutral shoots at you he stops being a neutral. An agent connected to a corp thief is not neutral. Really. You hopeless nationalists having failed against the Fraction in space for more years than we can count are diminished to trumpeting the deeds of a corp traitor and petty pickpocket. Stupid and transparent.

He isn't wrong. You fell from the cause long ago and your senseless flittering from cause to cause has made you irrelevant to us Jonny Damordred. Now you are here alongside corp thieves, Archbishop, Amarrian Nationalists, bitter little nobodies and assorted pathetic hangers on to try to score points on a thread that was a farce before it was posted.
Still one day we will come for Moira. Be patient it'll happen. But do not believe for a moment you have the slightest understanding of Star Fraction ideology or rules of engagement. After all you quit the cause to join the NBSI corp-thieves of Stimulus. Something tells me you are not the expert at NRDS freespace ethos you like to claim.

Not in this thread. You are welcome to come to Star Fraction Public however and ask your question there on our forum. We'll be very happy to show you the reality of this case and prove the lies of the op/supporters of the corp thief Misan Paltaek there. What you do with the information afterwards is up to you.

Have you ever wondered why every director of Jericho Fraction worth a damn, and every corp in Star Fraction worth a damn has decided to leave? Probably not, since that would a level of self-analysis far beyond the scope of one with such a bloated ego.
Also, the royal "us", Mdme. Constantine? For shame.

Our current director team and corporate roster is the best we've ever had. Sorry to hurt your feelings Jonny but seriously. We couldn't have done what we did today in the "old days". Too many hair-trigger egos and half-baked splitters incapable of long term planning. You are welcome to these drop-outs and rejects, they are frankly useless to the ongoing revolutionary cause of the Star Fraction. You are doing what? Fooling around with Gallente Nationalism and bullying little Intaki corps full of novice players? Rote Kapelle are wardeccing Tread alliance and NBSI roaming with six man gangs?
Today we took on a full Providence CTA and crushed it utterly. Don't talk to me of wounded egos little man. The reality is we surpassed anything you were part of a long long time ago.
Quote: Obviously, since "NRDS freespace ethos" now includes shooting at neutrals with no proof of hostility.
Repeating a lie doesn't make it truth. You are demeaning yourself further by protecting the corp thief Misan Paltaek. Anybody whose opinion we care about is welcome to contact our diplomatic officers / and or post on our forums asking for the chatlogs proving what we say is completely true. But you won't care about that - you prefer to run your mouth on the forums and attempt to regain your "better days" and listen to some mutual backpatting amongst the other washed up nobodies of the past.
War will come for you in time Jonny Damordred. You should know we just love destroying nationalist alliances. Lets see what happens after Providence.

He is invited to take part in a starbase guns transfer by a Daedalus X pilot. He agrees to do so and indicates he will be sending a hauler.
Then, lo and behold, Sevok Kurouto turns up in the system and warps directly to the position of the starbase. The starbase opens fire. He warps off. He then enters into communications regarding the above and warps back again. Our agents satisfied he is a hostile by his words and actions, open fire.
While recordings of these verbal exchanges would be ideal, I've never known you to knowingly or willingly tell a lie here or elsewhere. Further, considering that the answer I was given before I agreed to have this thread be posted regarding why this neutral hauler was at a Star Fraction starbase to begin with was, "In the past, this pilot has had positive trade relations with the Star Fraction. The pilot named Tomahawk Bliss asked him to come there, baiting him into range of the guns," the synopsis you've provided makes sense and doesn't seem to conflict with the account provided to Pilot Del'thul by this Kurouto person.
Du'uma Fiisi is satisfied, albeit disappointed. You really should give more serious thought to the NBSI RoE, or at least expand the acceptable reasons for setting negative standings. I know that Constantine explained to me in the past that the reason you don't set all "Provibloc" pets red, for example, is that they may just not know better and they may end up becoming allies in the future but if you shoot at them this would never happen, but I ask you this: if they're too stupid or irresponsible to understand what they're supporting by giving their ISK and minerals to CVA and company, do you really want allies like that?

I am mildly disappointed that others now think my word is not worth anything and that I am apparently not worth a damn but, when all is said and done, it doesn't altogether surprise me. After betrayal by a young, dynamic and intelligent capsuleer who I personally had a very high regard for there is little that can surprise me any more.
Those that more charitably, but with no better regard for me, think I have been duped can also be assured otherwise. I know what the facts are here. So do the freecaptains of the Star Fraction. So do our true friends, wherever they are to be found.
Ultimately, our self-respect remains intact and our principles stand unbroken and will continue to guide us.
As a coda, I really do think that fighters for freedom and enemies of tyranny should put aside rather petty differences and concentrate on the true enemy. An enemy that would conquer and enslave the entire cluster.

Your word has never been in question, but you must admit it sets a dangerous precedent to rely on word alone, especially considering how often words with the ring of truth has turned out to be vile and disgusting lies. Incontrovertible evidence forces everyone in question to accept facts, without grudges and hostility. Words... don't hold that power.
I believe that you believe yourselves to be in the right in this. And whether you believe me or not, the posts I have made here are all true. Tinged with a bit of sarcasm, as I've considered some actions by other directors in Star Fraction to be personal betrayal, true. But the words were true. I would have congratulated and celebrated with every Star Fraction pilot, should you have finally seen that NRDS is not constructive or practical in a fight against enemies like ours.
But what was intended as celebration... ended with your... 'colleagues'... screaming bloody murder and proclaiming everything was lies. Throwing out nothing but bile and venom against heartfelt congratulations and joyous laughter. You can probably understand why there was disappointment, and more importantly, hostility towards such a response. And when asked about evidence or at least something supporting the claims... even worse insults and claims of being liars.
I do hope your self-respect is intact. Because due to your colleague's words, the respect towards Star Fraction by others is lessening by the hour. Please, curb her words a little, and take the position as Star Fraction's official representative for yourself. You may not only remove the greatest damagedealer to Star Fraction's reputation, but may even improve it vastly.
Because believe it or not... most of us have no ill will towards the Star Fraction. Certain elements of it... loud, insulting, despicable and untrustworthy elements of it.... is another matter.

The thing is you are a liar Mizhara Del'thul. You are a near-crazed maniacal liar with an inability to tell truth from fiction and an ongoing agenda to spread your bitter spite against those you perceive to be your enemies. The sad fact is that you are incapable of being an enemy at present. Like Misan Paltaek I would expect your "first strike" against the Star Fraction to be something performed with stealth and betrayal rather than action in space because frankly you are a gutless coward incapable of standing on your own words and are even now hiding behind Havohej and Du'uma Fiisi rather than bearing the full consequence of your actions.
You are nobody to lecture about transcending grudge and hostility for such things are your lifeblood - without them you are nothing.
We are right in this. What you believe is neither here or there. You have presented false-witness, delivered false-accusation and behaved as a disgraceful patsy of corp-thieves, Amarrian Nationalists and various scraggy villains the process of this thread. Nobody in the Star Fraction has ever "betrayed" you Mizhara Del'thul. You yourself have descended into the madness of crazed mediocrity and attempted to strike out at others continuously in this and many other threads of similar design.
This was not intended as a "celebration" it was intended as an entrapment by way of support to a corp thief and if asked in other mediums I will certainly provide gathered evidence of your motivations and spoken word on this matter. You are lying with every word you speak you despicable creature and frankly I cannot understand why a man like Havohej (with whom I have had my diffences it is true) would stomach your presence in this organization. Deceit is in your every breath and you are incapable of single true word.
Our self-respect and reputation has never been in doubt. We do what we say we do. We fight against the evils of tyranny and the rot of imperialism. While you have been spinning weasal-words in your chat channels today and plotting obscure logical entrapments we have been obliterating fleets of Providence slavers and their creatures. The corp thief you have been toasting as a hero served those slavers when he betrayed our defenses to them. So I imagine that makes you a creature of the Amarrians now. Congratulations.
You have demonstrated your lack of quality. You have provided clear evidence of your base and cowardly nature. You have proved to be nothing but the patsy of a patsy serving the Amarrian slavers in Providence.

I've only been following along with mildly feigned interest, but just a thought: if you wish for Ms. Del'thul to die "alone and unremarked," you're sure doing a pretty good job of preventing that from occurring.
As for the rest of the issue, speaking as someone who is also largely external and uninvolved in the entire affair -- I've never met any of the pilots involved save a few words on the Summit -- I see a way to make this whole argument just stop right in its tracks: provide the proof that people have been asking for, that this hauler pilot was an agent of your ex-director.
We've got two different tellings of the tale here, one on each side. Yes, I agree that perhaps it was in your best interests, and those of you and yours, to shoot first and ask questions later, based on whatever intel you may (or may not) have had, however, by doing so, the burden of proof is now on you and yours to demonstrate that your actions were entirely in line with the Fraction's RoE. As it is, you have provided no proof that would, beyond reasonable doubt, demonstrate the hauler pilot to be an agent of Ms. Pal'taek. You have, however, insisted you have this proof... so where is it? There are people entirely unrelated to the Fraction and Rote Kapelle that would benefit from proper clarification of the incident.
If you're going to maintain an NRDS policy, and wish to avoid political ****-storms like this one, it would appear to be in your best interests to follow a procedure that actually makes a bit of sense: if someone is set red, inform them of that decision when it is made so you don't have to deal with formerly-neutrals ****ing up and down the forum with crap like this.
I'm with Mr. Verone here... NBSI really does make one's life (and diplomacy) a hell of a lot simpler.

When Mizhara Del'thul arrives to confront me for my words with a significant battleship fleet I might have cause to consider your point. But IGS posting is no real measure of support. I am seeing a half dozen bitter stalkers and random enemies backing Mizhara's words on this thread.
Today we were joined in battle by around 80 heroic freedom fighters prepared to aid the defence of Space and Freedom IV. Men and women we have fought with, we have aided in times before and we have bled with on the battlefield.
That is support that matters. Those are allegiences that are real. These are the people I respect.
Meaningless voices with no presence in space? Not so much.

I cannot deny that NBSI is simpler. There's a reason why most of the deep space holding powers of the cluster use it. However, the whole idea using guns as your first choice when encountering an unknown pilot (which is the essence of NBSI) is completely counter to our ideals. We believe that people should be free to roam the cluster - to go where they wish. To claim that freedom while shooting others on site because we don't know who they are would be hypocrisy.
So, we travel the harder to follow, much more complicated NRDS practises. It might make our life harder in many ways, but nothing really worth doing is easy, least of all causes worth fighting for.

It seems it is necessary for me to respond to this thread again, as it seems the reputation of myself and my corporation are being slandered by The Star Fraction. Before I continue, it was my intention to contact diplomats after the incident, but informing the loved ones of my crew and replacing the lost assets were far more important to me immediately after all of this occured. I will not be requesting reimbursement, the lives lost that day and now the defamation of my corporation cannot be compensated for by some paltry sum of ISK The Star Fraction might offer in recompense.
To the reason for my presence in the Kamela system that evening, which has been badly misconstrued by a number of people participating here. The Kukishinden Syndicate provides private transport services to individuals interested in moving goods through CONCORD policed space. Taloc Tsukuyomi of Hebog y Tan did contact me, requesting my services to transport starbase fuel and modules. I was given the destination system and instructed to contact another member of Hebog y Tan, who would assist and provide me with further instructions once I arrived. Once there, I was granted access codes to the starbase and put into fleet in order to get to the tower and instructed to pick up cans of fuel and several modules to take to another tower in system. I entered the code into my navigation computer and warped to the starbase, finding myself landing outside of the protective shields. Assuming I had input them incorrectly I began to warp out, but not before the tower opened fire and Icarus3, CEO of Daedalus X, in his Sacriledge accelerated in my direction. After warping out I clarified with the Hebog y Tan member that it was a mistake in the settings and confirmed my friendly status with Icarus3 over the local comms channel. A few more miscommunications or bad data entries later (which I now know were malicious, not my own error) I come out of warp at the starbase again, but this time Icarus3 criminally flags himself and engages my defenseless hauler. My calls to disengage went unanswered, and no indication or warning for why I was attacked was provided. It is clear to me now that I unwittingly put myself in the middle of a bad situation, both sides lied, resulting in the tragic loss of my crew.
To reiterate, I had no knowledge of either being considered hostile to The Star Fraction or Mr. Tsukuyomi's status as an infiltrator. Had I known either of these things I would not have been in the Kamela system that night. I would like to thank members of Du'uma Fiisi Integrated Astrometrics for their assistance, and for their condolences to those that lost their lives, it is greatly appreciated.
This is all The Kukishinden Syndicate and myself as CEO have to say about this topic. I will not be returning to check on this again. Further contact should be conducted by mail or a direct comms link.

Given the lack of any evidence presented here along with the verbose ministrations and name-calling of Ms. Constantine I can understand why no one believes her. Credibility has never been a strong point for the Star Fraction anyway and a week of public blunders like this and two corp theft operations they were a part of merely show them for who they are.
Jade is now attempting to redirect the conversation by talking about Providence battles and whatnot. Note though her continued silence on the issue of evidence to support her claimed excuse for gunning down a neutral pilot and murdering an innocent crew. No comment at all justifying the NBSI actions of their director against an innocent hauler.
If I were Jade I'd be posting that evidence and rubbing it in everyones faces (including mine).
As there is none however that obviously won't be happening. She's moved now from trying to argue about some ficticious "agent" to her usual "meet me in space" shrill and her cries of "stalker". Obviously she has nothing left of her credibility and realizing it has frittered away she has turned desperate in an effort of misdirection. An effort doomed to fail as the truth is now out.

Originally by: Jade Constantine You are welcome to ask your questions on the Star Fraction forums. We will be happy to provide compelling evidence there. I am sure once you have seen it you will return to this thread and strongly condemn the lies of the op right?
The only real questions I have are the same as the ones being echoed by others in the thread -- what is the proof that this hauler pilot was acting as an agent for Ms. Pal'taek, and if this evidence is so compelling, why has it not been shared here publicly, where a fair portion of capsuleers go for the dirt on what's going on with their brethren?
Most people don't have the time to deal with registering for yet another forum simply for the purpose of hearing this evidence; considering how busy I've been lately, I don't either, so if you do not intend to post it here for everyone, I likely will not be hearing this evidence.
Originally by: Ehrine Ashbark I cannot deny that NBSI is simpler.
It seems to be a common misconception that the NBSI policy is synonymous with "if it isn't blue, shoot it on sight." It isn't. That's what red standings are for -- just because it's not blue doesn't mean it is hostile or necessarily a target you would want to engage. Discretion being the better part of valour, so to speak... I'm going to pick my fights based on what I think I can handle, not whether they're red or orange or neutral. NBSI is really little more than a simplification of diplomacy. If you're red/orange/neutral and lose assets to us and subsequently come complaining to us, we don't have to listen to a damn word of it unless there was a previously-established agreement (such as a contract or ransom) that would have precluded the loss of said assets. Makes everyone's lives easier and wastes less time with paperwork.
I really had no intention (and still don't) of getting into a discussion about the particular dis/advantages of NBSI and NRDS. They both have their uses, and work better than each other in certain situations.

Funny... I seem to recall the Star Fraction camping a few remaining KD members in a station for weeks on end while demanding "a proper surrender". I also seem to recall the Star Fraction bullying Gallente nationalists at one point. It's hard to avoid history Jade when it's sitting out there for anyone to look at.
To criticize someone for doing what you yourself have done repeatedly... well more hypocrisy from the master hypocrite I guess...

If you care about hearing the truth you'll come and ask the question in a medium where the answer can be given. Can't say it much plainer than that. If you don't care about the truth and just want to join the bandwagon of enemies throwing mud because they think its fun to do then be my guest but don't tell me I didn't offer to resolve the issue for you.
