Class 1 and 2 are easy to solo with a well tanked ship, all you need is an approximately 255 dps omnitank and in class 2's the ability to speedtank battleships or a tougher tank. Withclass 3's i dont haveany experience but when fitting for extra tank should be doable easily.
Fit I personally use http://eve.battleclinic.com/loadout/34543-Hurricane-Passive-WH-cane.html ---------- Try not to take life too seriously, noone gets out alive anyway. |

:) ohh this bring back memories
For Amarr the retribution can solo c1 deadspaces and still carry a salvager and launcher. The harbi can **** c1 and does decent with c2. When you have c3 your going to want a good BS with drones.
With drones be very careful, the sleepers love to eat them.

Sentries are better than scouts since Sleepers will target them, and Sleeper frigates will web them, so if scouts they'll be toasted before they are back in your drone bay.
I live in a C2 with a static to C3. You want about 715 DPS omni-tank in a C3, which is do-able in a Drake, but I'm not sure what else other than Legion and Tengu.

My experience s limited mostly to radar, magnetometric, gravimetric and ladar sites.
A Vexor can loot the easiest class 1 radar/magnetometric. Since the nerf this is often not worth it though.
A Myrmidon can do class 1 and 2 but you have to be increasingly careful with your drones. You can struggle with some of the bs spawns.
A Dominix can do class 3 but you will lose drones to the massed warp scrambling and webifying (assuming that your skills aren't in sentry). If you screw up the triggers then don't be afraid to run away. You also run the risk of spending considerable amounts of time scrambled yourself which can be bad both if the sleepers kill your tank or someone starts probing you out.

passive shield ishtar. sleepers that orbit at 10km will be a problem for gardes, but they should eventually eat them up.
passive shield typhoon(cruise)+ gardes
passive shield hurricane. i've never personally used this ship in a wh, but it should work
passive shield drake.

From our experience :
T3's could comfortably run C3 Mag Sites Many ships could solo C3 combat sites Maybe 1 or 2 ship types with non perfect skills could efficiently solo C3 Radars.
Ultimately the question is your ISK /performance ratio.....whether its worth the effort and risk to solo. Salvaging is the other factor to consider Also solo folks tend to end up on kill mails at some point.
Drakes If you want numbers : ( T2 launchers ) Drake with 270 hp/sec and 1 resist hole can permatank and clear C3 combats without warp out Alternatively Drake with 225 hp /sec and no resist hole will be able to do the same. Drake with 310 hp/sec might have problems on the last wave in C3 Radars 2 Drakes can run a C3 Radar pretty well ( one guy must always be on grid )
Myrmidons With multiple ships on grid, the drones don't get targeted. If its only a drone-boat then you will have to really manage drones while at the same time watching D-scan. Myrmidon can get a stronger tank then Drake but due to gun range issues + Drone management its not ideal for solo DPS Myrmidons work pretty well in fleet though
Other ships Hurricane, Cyclone and Harbinger should be able to Handle Forgotten Frontier and Outpost in the C3's From our experience Hurricane run into range issues once they get webbed. HAC's in a WH with the 'wrong effects' tend to get a rude shock. Drake dont care about any WH
T3 Lets say you run sites for a week with great success but at the end of the week your T3 solo ship get ganked in WH, that possibility would be something to ponder compared to fielding cheaper hulls If your doing for a combination of fun + ISK go for it
Efficiency wise, T3 are so flexible that you can fit just enough tank to run these sites and everything else goes into DPS for good clearing speed. No other ships come close in that aspect Tengu is the strongest I believe for solo
There are many fits even on average site like Battleclinic
