There are no jokes about MSSQL, MSSQL IS the joke.
Seriously, jokes about MSSQL are like joking about a ******ed kid or something. It's just not done.

The whole "hamster" thing is social engineering. It makes you feel good about not being able to log in.
CCP, give a more mature and adult explanation than HAMSTERS!
(awaits CCP alts coming in, stating I am a troll, or telling me to STFU) - Yeh, we know that all you guys that call the customers names are really staff.

So you are saying that you can't monitor the health of a SQL database in real time? If so, then evidently I know something you don't. But I am "OK" with that. I use that software on a daily basis to do predictive analysis on system health, latency and overall performance. This would include SQL servers (Currently monitoring sever MySQL servers but looking into the requirements for Oracle and DB2.). Beyond that We monitor Solaris, AIX, Windows, and various Linux platforms. There is not much I can't watch for and identify when I need to.

Well, I did say it was SQL issues (see post #1) :D

Looks like CCP let a Force Recon and Black Ops fleet sneak thru their SVR-RM gatecamp, and the FoRecs proceeded to **** with their sov while the Bops proceeded to Covertly cyno in a bunch of guys. Navy Issue Drakes. Because the Drake tanks for crap. |

No, it was CCP's failure to set up a proper camp to repel people from the precious SVR-RM Navy Issue Drakes. Because the Drake tanks for crap. |

The game has now started to really suck with regard to reliability.
You need to do better and get these issues sorted. Something major goes wrong every other day & I for one are sick of all the crappy issues we have to stomach. If I bought your game from a shop I'd take it back as faulty & bloody well ask for a refund.
You are a wet blanket. Go play WoW.

As a troll, as with everything else in life, you are an utter failure. However, you might want to consider a few things, first of all; I now have one of those annoying sigs. second; you should probably move on to some more interesting things than reading this sig.

Just before the crash there were 50k players online. An hour after the crash only 18k had returned.
That's 32k players who decided not to bother logging back in.
Those are pretty sobering numbers.

Hmmmm, never thought of that.....
I'm always suspicious of the queue messages as well as the 'not accepting applications' messages myself. My favorite is the Startup in x minutes x seconds, and then when it gets to 0 it switches to 'not accepting applications'.

So I reinstalled windows, was trying to reset my gAmes platform and the following happened.
- eve died - vent server died - killboard for alliance died
So if I were paraniod I would conclude that I had my account hijacked and kicked from the alliance.
I'm not paranoid but did find this unfortunate series of events a bit deflating.
When everything returned, discovered wse were moving for a while as well, pro
