Faction war agents are located in high-sec and low-sec, with low-sec agents giving better payouts than high-sec agents. For years now, these agents were used to grind loyalty points and fund their respective militias war efforts. They were always available and it did not matter who occupied the system, you could dock and ask for a mission.
However, Inferno introduced station lock-outs which removes access to low-sec agents if hostile militia occupies the system.
So in my opinion it is reasonable to ask the following: Why does CCP play favors to Gallente and Minmatar militias by ensuring that they always have at least one low-sec agent available. With this I am referring to solar systems of Parts and Olfeim.
Neither of these systems is part of conquerable "fw zone" unlike all mission agents for Amarr and Caldari militias. So I would ask CCP to consider that these two stations be either removed, replaced with other corporation or relocated to proper FW area as it would put all low-sec militia agents "at risk".
In addition, only Caldari have a solar system with two agents which is slightly weird in my opinion when none of the other militias face this problem.
Thank you.

You do realize that the agent 'seeding' occurred waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back before your problem. It is not a conspiracy. Just something that most likely has been overlooked. CCP will change it if brought to their attention: tada you brought it to their attention. Congrats. Less whine next time please. |

Admittedly, perhaps a wrong choice of words. However, now that occupancy has meaning this is advantage, admittely minimal though, is still there and some fixing should be done. Perhaps it might even create some new dynamic if FDU station suddenly parked itself to say Mantenault or Alamel near 0.0 entrance.

+1, if the FW agent has the benefit of being in lowsec (thus more LP payout) it should be within a conquerable FW system. |

Ill get right on my CCP batphone to fix this, right damar?
Besides, caldari already have twice as many active as gallente in most tz. Many of which are farming, and amarr have one new alliance that is larger than the main 3 matar alliances put together.
If something needs to be fixed first its the advantage that bears in FW grinding purely for isk gives to the occupancy system. Its not as though many people are running agent missions anyway.
Really need all rats to be killed, my suggestion from another thread;
Quote:Plexes should be something like this.
-Warp in, there is a spawn of NPC. This is a fairly easily dealt with spawn relative to plex size. -Sit on button as usual. -No further NPC spawn until 1 minute before completion of timer. -At the last minute another larger 'reinforcement spawn' arrives and also has to be despatched to complete the plex even if the timer reaches complete.
In a major plex, for example, it should be possible for a solo ship to deal with the NPC, but if you want to kill the spawn faster and complete the plex within the last minute of the timer you may need to bring a couple of wingmen so you are not still killing NPC's long after the timer finishes.
The advantage here is that if it looks like there is going to be some PvP coming your way, you can simply avoid running the timer into the last minute until the fight is over. I realise the scope for abuse here, but you will see it coming a mile off.
This gives a very large window for PvP to happen without NPC interference. But also means that people plexing have to actually fit some guns and chose a plex in keeping with the size and capability of ship they are willing to risk.
Combine that with timers counting backwards once the plex is vacated without being completed and i think you have moved the emphasis of plexing towards the PvP end of things.
Perhaps, if the plex counts all the way back to zero, the NPC spawns and such reset. |

Yuri Intaki wrote:... stuff.... . 1. It is kind of weird. On the other hand Parts is pretty far from the FW area (three jumps away from the theater from Villore). So there is extra time involved in getting missions from that system.
2. Enaluri would be a benefit to Caldari FW if they were able to secure it. So this one goes both ways and I often wonder why Caldari abandoned it.
3. Gallente have a very disadvantageous high sec map compared to the other factions. a. CONCORD space (unrestricted high sec for all factions) is intertwined with Gallente space - only two jumps gets you to the main Gallente market hub of Dodixie. Key travel routes run right through CONCORD space - easy ganks of Gallente militia members. b. Gallente high sec staging systems have lower sec status than their Caldari counterparts.
4.Caldari have a great high sec map. The high sec portion of Black Rise is closer to many Gallente systems than Gallente high sec systems, AND it is centrally located so that all of Black Rise is easily accessible from it.
5. Caldari players can easily transition to Gallente low sec by basing out of Caldari stations like Ishukone for which they already have high standings. However, Black Rise has ZERO non-Caldari stations - probably for roleplay reasons (Caldari built it, why would they allow other corporations to put up stations?)
So, there's many things about each faction that are a bit unfair and not even. |

I always knew you were a moron but i'd never figure you would stoop to this kind of lies when whole Caldari space is essentially cut by two 0.5 easily camped high-sec systems. Meanwhile, your militia has ton of options to go around pretty much every system.

I'll assume you mean high sec Black Rise because surely you don't mean Nourvakaken (3 jumps from the game's largest market). The same high sec Black Rise that is only two jumps from the center of the FW map. For a Gallente corporation to have a similar baseline position, they need to base four-five jumps into low sec.
