So, do many Caldari learn to sleep in sealed rooms from the time they're born? I can't see how night would be different than day on Lonetrek worlds, as bright as space is there.
As for a pilot, seeing which target you are currently active on can be a bit of an interesting endeavor when the camera is looking the wrong way, ie: toward the bright side of space. |

A planet's atmosphere can do wonderful things. Yes, the cosmos would most likely seem bright on the surface but wouldn't really affect nighttime any more than when you can see the rest Milky Way spiral on Earth.

go behind a rock on the moon and its pitch black in the shade do it at night on the moon and it don't matter, it's pitch black anyhow
in the light its harsh hot radioactive light, bright enough and hot enough to boil your blood without proper protection
