I suspect our respective outfits would have to have a private discussion, Captain Shogaatsu. The formal position, at present, is that your organization cannot dock. That said, we're always open to diplomatic overtures and I'm not conscious of us being sore about past matters. We just like to keep our affairs regular.

Very well, I shall meet with your diplomats face to face, under the condition that I am allowed to attend while completely wrapped in bombs and unstable antipersonnel munitions. One can never be too safe, you see.

In which case I would suggest commencing the meeting remotely.

You could keep it in storage until the anniversary of the Empress' coronation in a few months.

Congratulations, Star Fraction!
And to see that not just the spirit of freedom is kept up, but also the proud Matar technology is used to show symbolically what the once enslaved race of inferiors can do if they are stripped of their shackles.
Our outposts are built without the work of slaves, unlike the Amarrian that are covered with blood and pain all over their walls. The shiny gold of their hulls is nothing but the polished blood of the suffering and the Blood Raiders just don't polish their hulls, so you can see it what their technology is.
Providence is free. It is not just conquered, it is freed and now it will prosper.
It is not just Star Fraction who did this. All those who believe in freedom stand behind this and our hopes and our pride, our joy and our support are with you. -- FREEDOM, PUNK & AUTOCANNONS

Just an update here. Be assured that while the Star Fraction is deployed to aid our friends and comrades in the Matari Freedom movement in the Bleaklands the Freeport TAZ Nortlonto remains open and accessible for business to all neutrals and friends of the Star Fraction. YWS0-Z has a fully upgraded system infrastructure hub and we place no restrictions on the emplacement of starbases for convenient use in the system by those seeking to benefit from the economic development of the system. Enjoy the space everybody!

I am sure such an apology will be forgiven lady Syn Callibiri. I would like to point out though that Madame Constantine has not once, since the "claiming"(for lack of a better word), considered this to be a sole action on her behalf. She has always made a point to declare it could not have been accomplished without the aid of her fellow free captains.
If there is one thing that I can declare as a fighter of freedom myself... it is that selfishness is not existent within the Star Fraction. It is a community effort. Just as space is to be shared... the work load is shared as well.
Cheers to the free captains of The Star Fraction!
