guess the idea is to "let" tackle get on top of me about 100km off a gate, then double neut the fcker, fly away whilst pointing him to 36km and eat his flying vehicle with 379dps. Can also tank 1k for extra survivabilty.
problem?

OK, you asked for it:
It's a ridiculously expensive ****** fit (focused medium pulse lasers, no damage control but 3x EANM's, for "frig killing" without web, also an armor tanking "solo" fit, afterburner while the goal is to keep range).
The choice of ship and the way you imagine yourself using it shows you have very little experience in PvP. There are plenty of tacklers that will be able to keep you pointed from outside neut range and others that will just ignore the neuts. You're basically an loot pinata.
Also: billions of ISK on a fit with the sole purpose of killing some tacklers? Buy a destroyer with t2 equipment instead.
Better yet, join Red vs Blue so you start to understand how things work. |

bad fit is bad. you need a web for frigs, you wont be hitting frigs while 100mn burning, your tank is horribly wrong... |

OK, not a big PvPer but I can see a few issues with your fit
1. Too Pimped.....simple
2. Probably not the best ship or set up for what you're thinking
3. Legion....well tbh HAM legion is better than lasers afaik - how much of a buff does it need if that's the case.
I think you may have been theory crafting...that's not a bad thing but simply slapping on the most expensive gear is not necessarily the answer.....IN Neuts can probably be justified on a curse/Bhaal given the bonuses and that they will be good in a group but a solo legion....not seen/heard of much outside WH for some reason - if you haven't done a lot of PvP then try a destroyer fitted for fast locking and high damage then move up from there...that ship is going to get tackled and people will just love the KM...seriously what would that cost to put together :-/ |

-Golden rule #1 in Low / 0.0 : T3's are worth a ton of gold! Given even the smallest opportunity, half of local's population will converge on and dismantle a T3 ship like piranhas after a bleeding gazelle for the fun Kill Mail, and chance at expensive salvage / drops.
If you are going to fly a T3, be sure you can get away, or fly with friends. Legion is one of my favorite ships, but in order to be effective, you have to commit that money bucket, and chances are if you are solo and they are not, you will lose.
You also need much more dps than that. Weather you go HAM or Pulse, you should be pushing at a bare minimum 600+ or you will not have time to kill most things in pvp and get away (you can get smaller dps vs frigs, but you need a web or something to hold them in range).
Listen to the posters above you (ignoring trolling or insults). My pvp experience is limited (my alt does most of it and has less training than this char), but even I know these basics. ;)
If you want to neut and kill, go for a Curse... although you probably wont get ANYONE to willingly follow you away from their corp mates to attack you in one (curses are just damned annoying). If you want to zoom in and laser tag someone hard, id go with a Harbinger or a Zealot. Unfortunately, most of Amarr (with a couple of exceptions) tend to be more of the bruiser philosophy, - just lock em and pew pew till one of you is dead-. A ton of fun, and great in groups, but when solo there are a lot of ships-with-tricks that can cause you pain. |

Ever heard of an Assault missile caracal ? Podla mk.3 Dual web drake ? Destroyers ?
But hey , throw **** loads of isk into a ship that can get solo'd by a good AF pilot. Ill gladly take a free legion KM.
Also 100mn legions are crap, get a 100mn tengu. you can kill lots of **** and not suck at it. (if your a skilled pilot.) --------------------------------------He who dares , wins. |

That said, One or two well-placed artillery volleys would pop your shiny ship like an elephant stepping on a hamster. Since 100mn T3's generally have issues turning, and artillery is renowned for it's love of thing that fly in straight lines...well, you get the picture. I don't know much about pvp T3s, Legion especially, but SOME sort of buffer is helpful to ensure you can get a cycle of repairs off. In addition, you have a triple stacking penalized deadspace EANM. That third one is doing little beyond sitting there being expensive.
Honestly, your best bet for this sort of thing would probably be an arty Loki (fast) or a Tengu with precision missiles loaded, or possibly a drone proteus (Almost kept a straight face, almost.), that is if you MUST fly T3. In the T2 realm, the Zealot sounds like it might work well, along with the Vagabond.
In my opinion, if you're looking for enemy gangs in your multi-billion isk brick s---house, and then only killing the tackle, you're doing it wrong. Plus, any good ceptor pilot will follow a strict scorched earth policy and loot/destroy the wrecks of his fallen comrades. Actually not unlike the aforementioned piranhas, go figure. |

It's an awfully expensive ship and fitting for essentially killing expendable ships.
Also, how much time do you think you have to execute your plan before the rest of the hostiles get there and pick your ship apart?
If you really want to do attrition warfare against gate camps, use expendable ships (plural, since you'll need more than one), fittings that effective yet as expendable as the ship, and a plan that actually allows you to kill something before your ship gets turned into space dust. |

You guys are all getting too hung up on this ship's performance when fighting tacklers. We don't need to worry about that.

I have a 1.5 billion pimp fit Legion (T2 rigs and all). I use it in WH mostly and only with the greatest caution. I would NEVER take it into PvP because it'll die and it would be too much of an embarrassing kill mail to have on KB for the rest of my Eve career. So as others have said, under no circumstances use it in PvP. It will die. Ok? |

Not sure if troll but, if you really wanted a T3 for this job, a dual web armour Loki or Kiting shield Loki will be much better for what you desire.
That asides, a Podla Drake, dual web/neut Armour Cane, Dual 180 1600 plated Fleet Stabber or various other vessels are far more effective at killing frigates, what you built here is essentially terrible.
Edit; 3 EANMs are horribly stacking penalised, a DC will be more beneficial. |

I'll play along.
Your fit will work wonderfully. And, if by chance they get you it was a fluke and just get a new one and fit it the same.
Keep buying plex and converting to isk with which to fund this endeavor. More money for CCP -> More devs they can hire and devote to fixing the coding problems between the game and video drivers, and more devs for assignment to speed up ship rebalancing.
You get to kill some frigs with your amazing ingenuity and awesome ship and we all get a game that doesn't lock up and we see more than tengus and drakes everywhere. Everyone wins. |

In the off chance its not a troll.
Your skills are too low, they need to be at 5. All if them, any less and you are stupid.
Pvp solo in a ship that expensive with a wallet that small with skills that ****** and you are very very stupid indeed.
Asking for advice for your theorycrafting and then arguing about it when people who actually fly these ships tell you that you are being stupid and really man. Just walk into the fire and die so we can collect your loot and tears.
If you have a wallet and experience level that small and want to pvp solo in an shiny Amarr boat. Learn to love Navy Omens. |
