Warrant Officers
As a Warrant Officer in the CMC, you have dedicated your EvE character(s), including personal assetts to supporting the conduct of CMC ground combat operations. As a Warrant Officer, you will be assigned to a CMC platoon that operates in conjunction with your regular play times. If you are the platoons Contract Officer, you are responsible for keeping the platoon gainfully employed in accordance with your commanders intent. As an individual you must be completely self sufficient, relying on your personal skill set and inginuity to protect CMC assetts and support CMC operations unassisted deep within enemy territory. As a part of a team you are proficient in fleet tactics ranging from small scale escort duties that will be vital to deploying our ground forces, up to large fleet maneuvers that will be employed in support of our clientele.

Lieutenant (LT): As a Lieutenant, it is expected that you will coordinate and lead CMC operations from the front lines. You will actively seek out and accept leadership opportunities when higher level commanders are not available. You are authorized to accept contracts within the guidance of higher commanders. If you are a platoon commander, you will be responsible for ensuring that training is conducted and that minimum training standards are met. You will also ensure that your platoon remains active during it's prime time hours, this means that you are also responsible for ensuring that new members are recruited.

Enlisted- Enlisted members consist of both casual and hard core FPS gamers. Activity requirements for enlisted members are relatively relaxed, however just like all members of CMC, they must follow the CMC ROE. If you are currently in a player corp, fear not. CMC does not require enlisted members to resign from their current posts.

Primary designation: Dust 514 Ground Combat Element. Secondary designation: EvE Online Corporation, Logistics and Combat Support Element [LCSE]
Website: http://cmchq.lefora.com/
EvE Corp: Colonial Marine Corps LCSE [LCSE]
CMC at this time is not associated with any existing EvE online alliance, nor is it going to be purely a mercenary group. I do intend that CMC will play a significant role in determining the outcome of the ongoing battle over 0.0 space. My secondary objective is to enable the CMC player base to retain a high operational tempo 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Colonial Marine Corps was designed from the top down to essentially be a conglomerate of small independent thinking groups, with a stable centralized command element to establish a unified goal oriented mentality across the organization. These small independent thinking groups which we designate as platoons will be separated by time slots in which members of CMC typically find themselves playing. As a platoon in a specific time slot becomes large enough, it's players will be encouraged to branch off and create new platoons, even exclusive niche platoons may be formed, thereby creating a company of several platoons which play during a specific time slot. CMC will also be broken down into regiments which contain players who feel more comfortable speaking a specific language. For example, the First Regiment is geared for English speaking CMC members, whereas at some time in the near future, the Second Regiment may be geared for German, French or Russian speaking players. By this method, CMC plans to conduct operations 24 hours a day on any given day.
Membership status levels:
Enlisted- Enlisted members consist of both casual and hard core FPS gamers. Activity requirements for enlisted members are relatively relaxed, however just like all members of CMC, they must follow the CMC ROE. If you are currently in a player corp, fear not. CMC does not require enlisted members to resign from their current posts.
Warrant Officer- To become a Warrant Officer you must intend to play both Dust 514 and EvE online. If you choose to gain Warrant Officer status, you must commit your primary character to the organization by joining the Logistics and Combat Support [LCSE] EvE Online Corp. You will not retain membership in any other player run corp and you must not allow for any other individuals to access your account.
Commissioned Officer- In order to obtain Commissioned Officer status, you must reach a minimum age requirement, as well as dedicate your online gaming time to the CMC exclusively. The organization is your online gaming family and you will be willing to make sacrifices as necessary in order to ensure the wellbeing of the community. At a later time, you may be required to submit personal contact information in order to allow for the CMC command staff to contact you outside of the online gaming environment. Participation in the CMC L&CSE is encouraged but not required.

The purpose of the CMC CE is to provide CMC Marines with stable leadership around the clock. It is the responsibility of the CMC Officer Corps to ensure that all Marines are engaged as a team and working toward a greater goal which may be dictated by higher. Officers will ensure that the gaming environment does not become stagnant and remains fun for all CMC members. No CMC Officer will be below the age of 20. All CMC Officers will be trained in basic warfare theory and combat maneuvers.
