With all of the awesome going on lately, I just wanted to say that the GMs are also pretty flippin' awesome. Here I had a petition yesterday and today, everything's cool.
Cheers to not only CCP, but the GMs!

Meryl must be employed by CCP or drunk. One of the weakest links with EVE right now has to be customer support, and should be priority no.1 to fix. Features & Ideas Discussion: Agent Finder, Black Holes Needs a banner here.. |

In 6 years I've not had any problems with customer service or petition responses, even when I've had 10+ in a month. Considering people don't usually post when things are working, its most likely there are much more satisfied customers than not. Saying that, I havent actually played for some time now so it could be different, but I doubt it.

I do agree that for the most part, the devs and GMs do a terrific job.
To the OP, hmmm all that su cking up wont make them seed that Avatar for you you know that right? lol.

Besides after Incarna, i never waited very long for a petition.
Like, they usually got replied to on the same day, often even within the same HOUR !
I really believe they do a great job and i totally understand the delays in replys post Incarna.

I have had encounters with GM Arcade, GM Tiny, and GM Horse and they were awesome!
GM Arcade's petition responses are always very informative, helpful, and genuinely very friendly.
GM Tiny pulled me aside when he was logged in game and explained what was wrong with my petition and why it took so long to get a response, his few minutes of time saved a lot of aggravation.
Finally GM Horse finally answered a petition that I was waiting on for a while and he was more than helpful and apologized for the inconvenience with the long wait time.
Other than having to wait for the petitions, in the grand scheme of things, I have been very satisfied with the GM Team and the Development Team. |

The only minor problem I have ever had with the customer support is with reinbursment. If you want something reinburst you NEED to request an escalation. The lower GMs will NEVER reinburse a lost item.
and ofcourse the GM response on patch days (and a week or so after) and the likes are always slow which is understandable because of the increased amount of bugs.
Other than that i would say CCPs customer service is excelent (excluding CCP Zulu's occasional PR disasters :P ) |

I recently had a good response i mentioned in the forum but it got passed over cause it wasn't a popular thing to say. I'd had a similar one a couple years back and bothered to comment why I was unhappy with the response. Here a couple years later, they were not only treating more like a customer but also seemed to have taken a moment and possibly looked at my petition history before they responded to me. Even with all of todays databases I rarely see this on the service side of sales.
