it's in one hour damn it
Noon Greenwich Mean Time is not necessarily the moment when the noon sun crosses the Greenwich meridian (and reaches its highest point in the sky in Greenwich) because of Earth's uneven speed in its elliptic orbit and its axial tilt. This event may be up to 16 minutes away from noon GMT (this discrepancy is known as the equation of time). The fictitious mean sun is the annual average of this nonuniform motion of the true Sun, necessitating the inclusion of mean in Greenwich Mean Time.
I hope that clears it up once and for all.

Dont forget this patch is already a week or so late, it would help if someone could let us know what time they realistically expect the server to be up. Theres nothing worse than being given a time and not seeing something at that time- whether its the update itself or an update on the update, erm update. |

Yes I know all the whining about "they giving you a update for free" ... all those ppl i like to tell grow up, own your own money ... we are customers and not petitioners paying CCP for charity-work
This comment is bang on- free update my ass- what the hell is our monthly subscription for? If your satellite tv service packed up or your mobile phone provider failed to get their service up and running, people would be pretty brassed off then, so why should this be any different? |
