Nice, very nice!
So, PI stuff only gets seeded on market so the guys who didnt bother to log on Sisi can catch up with new stuff and make things more equal so no one has a advantage over other players.
But, the guy with a alienFX computer can have nice flashy lights when is ship is scrammed!!! All other alienFX features are nice and could be discussed if that is cheating/exploiting or not but the scram warning must go to the exploit section without any doubt and should be removed from the expansion!!!
When you have a HUGE enemy fleet on your ass, that it cant fit on the overview, lag on client is so bad that you have probs scrolling overview window and your FC asks if anyone is scrammed before make a fleet warp, the guy that has to check the lights of is PC has a clear big advantage over the rest of the players!!!
This feature should be removed has it clearly gives a unfair advantage over the non AlienFX computers!
My 2 cents
Really? REALLY? I tell you, some people will complain about ANYTHING. Unfair advantage because someone decided to spend a little extra money for some flashy lights on their computer? REALLY? WOW

Actually, they should provide open API, so we could make our own pimped out EVE Command centers. It's not that LED diodes are hard do buy.

It does not have everything I wanted, but you have shown over the past 7 years that you know what you are doing, becasue clearly if I thought you didn't I would no longer be subscribing. Great job, can't wait to log in on patch day."

worthless. really.
the only good thing about this "expansion" (lawl) - new scorpion model. it rocks.
the most killing me part is deepspace bookmarks deletion. who on earth could decide that they are illegal? IT'S SPACE, MAN. LARGE AND UNLIMITED. IF YOU CAN GET SOMEWHERE AND WANNA SETTLE THERE - YOU ARE FREE TO DO IT.

"Patch notes for EVE Online: Tyrannis, released Wednesday 26 May 2010
Skills The skill "Command Center Upgrades" has been seeded on the market. It will allow players to build more complex command centers. The skill "Interplanetary Consolidation" has been seeded on the market. It will allow players to manage up to 6 colonies on as many planets. Three new skills have been added for planet scanning: ôRemote Sensingö allows a player to scan planets remotely, each skill level increases the distance at which itÆs possible to scan. ôPlanetologyö increases the accuracy when scanning planets for resources. This is visible in the number of gradient bands displayed on the planet surface when scanning for a resource. ôAdvanced Planetologyö further increases the accuracy when scanning planets for resources."
Can anyone find these skills on the TQ market ? I've looked but drawn a blank.

IIRC supercaps are supposed to be 'uninsurable'? Am I correct in thinking that with the current situation on TQ a Titan pilot would get a default insurance payout of 30-40 billion ISK if it's lost? -

afaik atm yes they get around default mineral price which sould be 35-40b. The new plan seems a bit harsh tho (altho I'm not fully up to date with what the build cost is on sisi now), but 650m payout feels a bit low vs the investment in time, logistics and money.

What I want to know if there is some way of using this integration to make a stand alone program that activates a home-built blinkenlights-ramp? Or even just plays some sound effects? It should mean that such a program is possible without reading memory and violating any EULA now.

The Logitech G-series keyboards can have their lighting controlled by scripts. So I don't see why this has to be exclusively for Alienware.

Just... WHY?! I use Ctrl/Alt/Shift keys for Eve-Voice/Mumble/TS/Similar (them, and Winkeys/Appkey) and also to regroup them in the same location of the keyboard ! Eve-Voice on my system is setted to "Right Alt".
What I am supposed to use now for Eve-Voice ? A standard letter ? Until you remove them also ?
Hopefully I use Eve-Voice only one or two times a year...

Once ? As CCP stated that there will be new features in EVE-Gate, the standard defaut policy means that we will have to login each time they add one, to protect our privacy, because they think they know better than us what it means.
Your quote is just the adapted version of the financial standard stupid counterwhine reaction. You know the "What do you whine, it is not a big cost/raising of price so shut up", but here, it is "not a big exhausting/time required action". Indeed, but this is the addition of all of them who irritates. _______ With the NGE, I'm sorry about the mistake we made. They are throttling logins at the start - so you can't even do that right away. You need to rework you target identification temporarily to keep your information private, until you can log on, then you can set it back.
