Happened to me today twice in same solar system: I was mining on a mission bubble thinking this is good place to mine for several days. My cans were getting full and after about 5 cargo containers I desided to haul them to station. When I had 2 cans left a pirate shows up in the bubble and flips one of my cans. Now, there is no point mining in that mission anymore since some outsider has access in it. Frustrating and very annoying when I'm just trying to collect ISK in a mission bubble.
He gets nothing since I do not attack and I lost some of my ore. What is the point of this, when you can see from the player information how long the other has played the game and you know you can't win him? This player had played over 1,5 years of this game and I have played only couple months. Seriously, I can't figure out why someone so long played player even bothers to do that when there is so much other things to do in EVE. It put me thinking the place of new players in this game, are we just playground for those older players who don't have the guts to fight against players with same experience?
In my opinion, mission bubbles should be unique and no outsider should be able to access them. All bookmarks to mission bubble should vanish when the mission is accomplished.

There are no instances in Eve. Wherever you are, someone can find you. It's a feature of this game (no, it won't be changed, ever). Don't jet can mine if you don't want people to be able to take your ore.
As for an older player stealing your ore: he does it because he can do it. And he wants your tears.

Everyone started out young and with little experience compared to those who started sooner, that will never change, no matter what game you play unless you are one of the first. Take some time, specialize in your preferred style of play, and learn from the encounter.
Also, no to instances. ---

its simple dont fill a can and use your cargo bay when its full transport it back, it dont matter if u r mining to fill the cans up you will still need to make the same number of visits
