What are the rules for Ewar and Weapon Upgrades on non flagship ships?
And also Shield Booster rules and Armor Repper rules?

Come on guys, atleast try to help yourselves and not ask silly questions. There must be one or two of these a week.
Quote: Fitting Restrictions
1. All T1 and T2 modules are allowed, with the following exception:
1.1. All Remote Armor Repair modules and Remote Shield Transfer modules are NOT allowed, EXCEPT on ONE of EITHER a logistics ship or a strategic cruiser.
1.2. Faction, COSMOS, deadspace and officer modules are NOT allowed.
What here do you not understand?
This means you can use any module you like on non-flagship ships providing that it's a T1 or T2 module, EXCEPT remote armor and shield modules. The only exception there is with Logistics ships.
I honestly can't explain it any better without copying what Claw has said, as he used a pretty standard and straightforward convention for the rules. So i can't fault that.... even if he did let Voltron back into the tournament draw.
I hope this helps anyway.
EDIT: Formatted the quote properly.

2. Flagships are able to fit faction, officer, cosmos, and deadspace versions of the following modules, ignoring tournament rules to the contrary:
*All Highslot Modules (not including remote armour repair modules, remote shield transfer modules, or cloaking devices)
*Electronic Warfare Modules
*Weapon Upgrade Modules
*ONE Shield Booster or up to TWO Armour Repairers
SO clearly there are some more specified rules about Ewar and Weapon Upgrades if it tells the flagships to IGNORE the rules. According to you, there shouldnt be this exception except from the Armour Repairers. So please explain this to me.

Okay look, on any ship in the tournament, except for one Logistics or Strategic Cruiser with remote repair modules fitted on it, and except for Flagships, you can fit ANY module you want providing it's T1 or T2 and is not a cloaking device.
Flagships can fit Faction, Cosmos, Deadspace or Officer modules for any of the stuff you just quoted.
That's all there is to it. Don't try and read more into the rules than there is. There are no "more specified rules" because the rules already cover all of your concerns.
Does that make sense?

I don't really know how to clarify these rules anymore. Probably because it's not possible to clarify them anymore.
Except to say that when you read rules, you should always read what is there, and not try to find something that isn't there.
