First, I know this could be a huge range, I am just wondering the overall avg say if most everything is at level 4 or 5 for skills. Socials all where they need to be as well.
The payout I am currently getting for more level 4 missions excluding salvage and bounties is
1.2 million 3900 LP 1 million bonus
Depending on the mission I can get between 4-20 million more fromk bounties and or salvage/ drops. I am running most misions comfortably in a Nighthawk and having a blast doing it. Though I was told I could get much higher payday from level 4's any info on this would help greatly.

The LP seems a bit low, but it varies quite a lot with the system and your standing towards the agent so it's not completely out of the ordinary. |

train your social skills up, I get 7700lp for the best missions. Rest is same as yours I would say but we have to wait and see how that settles now after the patch. |

Get out of Motsu or whatever high sec system you are missioning in. There are plenty of safe agents in lower security that is nowhere near low sec, thus no risk of getting a mission there. Higher security = lower LP.
I miss running Guristas missions and getting 13k LP missions.

Typically the reward/bonus/lp is dependant on the time allocation for the mission. A full allocation is 6 hours. Combat/Mining/Courier doesn't matter - its the time allocated to complete. Take the combat mission for the start of an epic - this is 'combat' and as short on duration as any so has terrible lp etc. Take the deliver 40,000 mtr lvl 4 storyline, it gives me the max 8.75% factional standing gain currently - its the duration that matters not the type.
The higher the quality agent the more reward/bonus. The lower the sec status of where the agent is, the better the lp.
negotiation skill will raise the reward/bonus social skill will raise the standings gain the support social skills (2 of the 8 for any agent) raise lp gain.
If you do any amount of missions you want all of the above trained.
eg I have a ql 18 lvl 4 agent in 0.6 that gives me 7700 lp for a longer duration (6 hours) mission. The mission reward/bonus will vary from what npc's your attacking too.

Actually you are quite wrong. In 0.9 space, suicide gankers can take one alpha tops on you While in 0.5 space, suicide gankers can take two to three shots before going down to CONCORD.
That makes motsu really really safe relative to 0.5. as long as you turn on your shields and Damage control first thing when you come out, most Ships like raven/CNR has 100k EHP, making it incredibly hard to gank, plus when you overheat everything u get a bajillion tank a gogle ehp.
While if you get caught outside a 0.5, ur pretty much dead. Play high sec. immune yourself to griefers

Tell that to the hundreds of people that get ganked in 0.8+ on a weekly basis.

Currently with the insurance nerf, a ganker will lose 15-35 million if they go 100% insurance from currnet market prices. In many cases would mean that the window of targets that griefers and gankers will go for will get smaller so no longer will try to kill you for your factions modules, but now for the deadspace modules.
As long as you don't fit half a bil to more than a billion isk of deadspace and officer modules, you should be relatively safe.
